【文章內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介】 徑 求 求 初取中心矩 a=900mm 帶長(zhǎng) = =基準(zhǔn)長(zhǎng)度 中心矩 == 小輪包角 == 合格帶速 =帶根數(shù) 取z=1根 壓延結(jié)構(gòu)帶傳動(dòng)已知=，i=,h=(4~8)小時(shí)工作情況系數(shù) 計(jì)算功率 選帶型號(hào) A型小帶輪直徑 大帶輪直徑 求 求 初取中心矩 a=800mm 帶長(zhǎng) = =基準(zhǔn)長(zhǎng)度 中心矩 == 小輪包角 == 合格帶速 =帶根數(shù) 取z=1根第六章 箱體設(shè)計(jì)從總體來(lái)看，箱體結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)緊湊，外觀美觀，便于搬運(yùn)。從其作用來(lái)看，它支撐測(cè)量?jī)x所有零件及所有傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，即其支撐作用。制造時(shí)，因本儀器單件小批量生產(chǎn)，且箱體結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜，故不應(yīng)采用鑄造生產(chǎn)。故此，本設(shè)計(jì)采用簡(jiǎn)單的鋼架焊接組合，本箱體主要部分都是通過(guò)鋼材焊接而成的，再組合幾塊防塵面板，頂面，地面和側(cè)面板，其中防塵面板，頂面，側(cè)面板，都是通過(guò)螺釘連接的，這便構(gòu)成了本設(shè)計(jì)的箱體結(jié)構(gòu)。另外在箱體底部需要安裝四個(gè)行走輪（其中兩個(gè)是固定的，只能向前或是退后，還有兩個(gè)是可以向四周轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的），以便于搬運(yùn)，底部四個(gè)地腳螺釘在一起工作主要是起支撐作用，以防止行走輪彈性震動(dòng)引起檢測(cè)失真。箱體工作過(guò)程中，受載極小，其局部微小變形不足以影響測(cè)試結(jié)果。經(jīng)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證，本箱體能滿足工作要求，不必校核。結(jié)束語(yǔ) 四個(gè)月的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)就快結(jié)束了，在指導(dǎo)老師的精心指導(dǎo)下，我完成了雙電機(jī)電纜料顆粒雜質(zhì)儀機(jī)械系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)。在設(shè)計(jì)中出現(xiàn)了很多難題，有些則是運(yùn)用所學(xué)的知識(shí)無(wú)法解決的，但在老師的指導(dǎo)下，我最終解決了這些難題。我查閱了一些相關(guān)書(shū)籍的知識(shí)，研究了一些相關(guān)設(shè)備的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理，并以這些作為基礎(chǔ)，利用所學(xué)的知識(shí)拓展新的思維，對(duì)原有的部件進(jìn)行了重新的改裝和組合，最終解決了原設(shè)備無(wú)法克服的技術(shù)問(wèn)題。通過(guò)此次設(shè)計(jì)，收獲是很多的，也暴露出自己知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備不足的問(wèn)題，起到了警示作用，這對(duì)我以后的工作有著十分重要的意義。畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的題目，應(yīng)該怎樣處理在設(shè)計(jì)及生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中，突顯出的理論設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)際生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)間相矛盾的問(wèn)題及如何解決這些問(wèn)題是我在此次設(shè)計(jì)中獲得的最大收獲。 外文翻譯Picture 18: Quick loading chute with ram for feeding the sample quickly into the measuring head .Pressure ram with handle for loading the mixer and closing the mixing bowl.
