Engine partment of nearly twenty economy passenger cars is studied in the paper, and these principles are explained according to the typical package cases of passenger car engine partment. Key words: Passenger car。 Engine partment。 Key ponents。 Package發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu)活塞銷卡滯現(xiàn)象機(jī)理分析司慶九 詹樟松 閔龍 徐勇(長安汽車工程研究院)【摘要】通過仿真計(jì)算分析了某發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在開發(fā)過程中出現(xiàn)的曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu)活塞銷卡滯現(xiàn)象的機(jī)理和本質(zhì),并提出了“殘余間隙”概念。在剛度一定條件下采用接觸摩擦副變形圖表明了裝配間隙及其接觸摩擦副的變形與“殘余間隙”的關(guān)系,找到了曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu)活塞銷卡滯原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上并結(jié)合工程實(shí)際提出了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案和摩擦副間隙的工程判據(jù),通過試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了優(yōu)化方案的可行性。主題詞:發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī) 活塞銷 卡滯 殘余間隙 Analysis on the Piston Pin Seizing Mechanism of Engine Crankconnecting RodSi Qingjiu, Zhan Zhangsong, Min Long, Xu Yong(Automotive Engineering Institute of Changan Automobile Co., Ltd)【Abstract】The mechanism and nature of piston pin seizure occurring in the development of an engine is puted and analyzed by simulation in the paper, and the “residual clearance” concept is presented. The deformation diagram of the contact friction pair under a certain stiffness indicates the correlation between the deformation of assembling clearance and its contact friction pairs with “residual clearance”, the cause of piston pin seizure is thus identified. Based on this and bine with engineering practice, the engineering basis of optimization design and friction pair clearance is presented, test verifies feasibility of the optimized design.Key words:Engine。 Piston pin。 Seizure。 Residual clearance基于焊縫疲勞壽命預(yù)測的某轎車后橋改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)寇宏濱 趙永昌 劉立剛(泛亞汽車技術(shù)中心有限公司)【摘要】敘述了運(yùn)用焊縫疲勞壽命預(yù)測技術(shù)對某車型扭轉(zhuǎn)梁式后橋進(jìn)行疲勞失效再現(xiàn)和改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)的過程,改進(jìn)后的后橋可以達(dá)到物理試驗(yàn)一次通過。虛擬分析預(yù)測出的疲勞壽命結(jié)果與物理試驗(yàn)結(jié)果非常接近,因此可以利用其部分或全部替代物理試驗(yàn)來驗(yàn)證后橋的改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)。實(shí)踐證明,基于有限元法的焊縫疲勞壽命預(yù)測技術(shù)能夠有效降低開發(fā)過程中的盲目性,減少試驗(yàn)數(shù)量,縮短開發(fā)周期。主題詞:后橋 焊縫 疲勞壽命 有限元The Design Improvement of Car Rear Axle based on Fatigue Life Prediction of Seam WeldKou Hongbin, Zhao Yongchang, Liu Ligang(Pan Asia Technical Automotive Center Co., Ltd)【Abstract】The article introduces briefly the process of twist rear axle fatigue failure reproduction and design improvement based on the fatigue life prediction of seam weld, the improved twist rear axle can pass the physical durability test oneoff. The predicted fatigue life with virtual analysis is very close to result of the physical test, therefore this method can be use to replace some or all the physical test during the twist axle development.
