Therefore, the wastewater treatment project adopts anaerobic + aerobic treatment. 一、厭氧工藝的選擇 / Anaerobic process 目前應(yīng)用于高濃度廢水處理成熟的厭氧方案主要有 UASB 和 BIC,因此針對(duì)這兩種厭氧工藝進(jìn)行比較如下: At present, there are two kinds of mature process, UASB and BIC, to dispose the high concentrated wastewater. therefore, pare the both processes as follows: (一) UASB 厭氧反應(yīng)器 / UASB anaerobic reactor UASB 即為上流式厭氧污泥床反應(yīng)器,為第二代厭氧反應(yīng)器的典型代表。整個(gè)反應(yīng)器主體可分為兩個(gè)區(qū) 域:反應(yīng)區(qū)和氣、液、固三相分離區(qū)。污水通過水泵提升到厭氧反應(yīng)器的底部,利用底部的布水系統(tǒng)將污水均勻地布置在整個(gè)截面上,同時(shí)利用進(jìn)水的出口壓力和產(chǎn)氣作用,使廢水與高濃度的厭氧污泥充分接觸和傳質(zhì),將廢水中的有機(jī)物降解。廢水在反應(yīng)區(qū)緩慢上升,進(jìn)一步降解有機(jī)物。氣體、水、污泥在同時(shí)上升過程中,沼氣首先進(jìn)入三相分離器內(nèi)部通過管道排出,污泥和廢水通過三相分離器的縫隙上升到分離區(qū),污泥 在分離區(qū)沉淀濃縮并回流到三相分離器的下部,保持厭氧反應(yīng)器內(nèi)的生物量,沉淀后的出水通過管道排出罐外。 青 島 國(guó) 橋 進(jìn) 出 口 有 限 公 司 Qingdao ChinaBridge Import amp。 Export Co.,Ltd. 5 UASB is upflow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor, it is the typical representative of the second generated anaerobic reactor. The whole reactor can be divided into two regions: reaction zone and threephase separation zone of gas, liquid and solid. Upgrade the wastewater to the bottom of anaerobic reactor by water pump, distribute the wastewater on the whole section by use of water distributor, meanwhile, utilize the outlet pressure and aerogenesis to make wastewater and high concentrated anaerobic sludge have enough contact and mass transfer, and finally degrade the anic matter in wastewater. The wastewater slowly rise in the reaction zone and further degrade the anic pounds. In the ascent process of gas, water and sludge, the biogas first enter the threephase separator and then discharge through pipeline, meanwhile, the sludge and wastewater upgrade to the separation zone through the gap. The sludge concentrate and return back into the down part of threephase separator to keep the biomass in anaerobic reactor, and the water after precipitation drainage through pipe. (二) BIC 厭氧反應(yīng)器 / BIC anaerobic reactor BIC 為我公司自主開發(fā)研究的內(nèi)外雙循環(huán)厭氧反應(yīng)器,代表了當(dāng)今厭氧反應(yīng)器的最高水平。它是由布水器、提升裝置、三相分離器、氣液分離器、罐體及出水系統(tǒng)等組成。 BIC is internal and external double loops anaerobic reactor, researched and developed by our own pany.
