【文章內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介】 “ 獨(dú)裁結(jié)構(gòu) ” 類型的決策結(jié)構(gòu) ? 在歐洲地區(qū)，是英、法、德三強(qiáng)相爭(zhēng)的 “ 絕對(duì)民主結(jié)構(gòu) ” 中的 “ 過半數(shù)原則 ” 類型下的決策結(jié)構(gòu) ? 在東亞地區(qū)，是中國(guó)和日本兩強(qiáng)相爭(zhēng)的 “ 一票否決結(jié)構(gòu) ” 類型的決策結(jié)構(gòu)：正是因?yàn)闆Q策結(jié)構(gòu)的差異，才導(dǎo)致三個(gè)地區(qū)在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化活動(dòng)方面的差異。同時(shí)，權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)不是決策結(jié)構(gòu)的充分條件，但卻是必要條件。由此我們可以理解，東亞地區(qū)形成不了自身區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化組織的根本原因在于中日兩強(qiáng)相爭(zhēng)的權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)使然 Return FTA：研究方法 ?
