鼓舞員工的積極性、主動性和制造性,從而構(gòu)建企業(yè)核心才能,推進(jìn)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目的的實現(xiàn)。本篇論文以薪酬治理相關(guān)理論為根底,在借鑒以往研究成果的根底上,通過征詢卷調(diào)查獲得xxx服裝公司員工薪酬滿意度的原始數(shù)據(jù),通過數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計與分析,對薪酬滿意度的阻礙要素進(jìn)展了實證研究,提出了相應(yīng)的處理對策。全文分為六大部分:第一章緒論闡述本文研究課題的背景、方法、目的及相關(guān)意義;第二章文獻(xiàn)綜述,主要闡述國內(nèi)外對薪酬滿意度的研究以及薪酬滿意度相關(guān)理論的概述;第三章主要闡述本文研究對象xxx服裝公司的概況、人員情況以及薪酬情況;第四章主要對征詢卷進(jìn)展的設(shè)計及預(yù)測試;第五章通過征詢卷發(fā)放、回收、統(tǒng)計征詢卷,運用SPSSl8.0通過因子分析、相關(guān)分析、回歸分析等方法,明確相關(guān)阻礙要素的關(guān)系及權(quán)重;第六章得出本文結(jié)論并就如何提高公司員工薪酬滿意度提出相應(yīng)的策略。關(guān)鍵詞:薪酬;薪酬滿意度;薪酬滿意度阻礙要素ABSTRCTAlong with our country socialist market economic development,pensation management arises at the historic moment.
