鑒于客戶旨在對(duì)（姓名），（地址）提起訴訟，特在此聘請(qǐng)律師代理上述訴訟直至最終判決或達(dá)到其他客戶滿意的任何調(diào)解結(jié)果。如結(jié)果為自愿或其他形式的庭外調(diào)解，客戶同意根據(jù)本合同規(guī)定按客戶所獲得賠償款額或財(cái)產(chǎn)的%支付律師服務(wù)費(fèi)；如經(jīng)判決獲賠償，支付%；如經(jīng)上訴后獲賠償，支付%。
