Article 27 In case Party B’s behavior causes the losses of Party A, the pensation amount is calculated based on the actual losses caused by Party B. The pensation includes: 1. The direct economic losses caused by Party B’s damages of Party A’s property。 3. The female employee is in pregnancy, maternity or lactation。 4.
