【正文】 外,在平時(shí)工作中,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和老員工多多對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)生給予肯定和關(guān)心,熱情邀請(qǐng)實(shí)習(xí)生參加員工活動(dòng),都會(huì)極大地激勵(lì)實(shí)習(xí)生的工作干勁。 創(chuàng)新招聘方式 為了更好的招聘到適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的人才,從而間接減少實(shí)習(xí)生計(jì)劃 帶來的成本,企業(yè)必須利用各種手段,更廣更深入的接觸人才。它不是基于人際關(guān)系的經(jīng)驗(yàn)性、個(gè)體隨機(jī)行為,不是學(xué)校和用人單位之間一種簡(jiǎn)單的“對(duì)口實(shí)習(xí)”任務(wù),而是涉及政府、學(xué)校、用人單位、大學(xué)生,乃至家庭的一種規(guī)范、系統(tǒng)的常規(guī)化制度行為。 本文通過對(duì)南方報(bào)業(yè)傳媒集團(tuán)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱南傳集團(tuán))實(shí)習(xí)生管理為調(diào)查對(duì)象,通過問卷調(diào)查和深入訪談 等多種研究方法相結(jié)合,深入了解我國(guó)實(shí)習(xí)生管理的基本情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前存在的問題并且提出解決對(duì)策和建議,為緩解我國(guó)日益嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)形勢(shì)帶來積極的影響,實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生提高自身經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、用人單位有效選擇所需人才以及社會(huì)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)三者的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,爭(zhēng)取為我國(guó)實(shí)施人才強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略帶來應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。 for students it develops their horizons, exercises their research capacity and to analyzes and solves practical problems. In our country, from the process of elite education to mass education, intern management system doesn‘t improve after the market is changed. College students are very confused when they e into society. Enterprises, schools and students just like an individual independent in society, dominated by the free market and can’t form a canonical system, moreover, there are some problem here, such as lacking of practice performance assessment system, interns work planning and design problem.
