第九款 善意和合理的謹(jǐn)慎銀行將以善意和合理的謹(jǐn)慎辦理業(yè)務(wù)。 e. i. PaymentArticle 16Payment Without Delay立即匯付a. Amounts collected (less charges and/or disbursements and/or expenses where applicable) must be made available without delay to the party from whom the collection instruction was received in accordance with the terms and conditions of the collection instruction.收妥的款項(xiàng)(扣除手續(xù)費(fèi)和/或支出和/或可能的化銷)必須按照托收指示中規(guī)定的條件和條款不延誤地付給從其收到托收指示的一方,不得延誤;b. For the purpose of giving effect to the instructions of the principal, the remitting bank will utilize the bank nominated by the principal as the collecting bank. Collection instructions should bear the plete address of the drawee or of the domicile at which the presentation is to be made.
