Without Delay立即匯付a. Amounts collected (less charges and/or disbursements and/or expenses where applicable) must be made available without delay to the party from whom the collection instruction was received in accordance with the terms and conditions of the collection instruction.收妥的款項(xiàng)(扣除手續(xù)費(fèi)和/或支出和/或可能的化銷)必須按照托收指示中規(guī)定的條件和條款不延誤地付給從其收到托收指示的一方,不得延誤;b. If a collection contains a bill of exchange payable at a future date, the collection instruction should state whether the mercial documents are to be released to the drawee against acceptance (D/A) or against payment (D/P).In the absence of such statement mercial documents will be released only against payment and the collecting bank will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of any delay in the delivery of documents. 如果托收包含有遠(yuǎn)期付款的匯票,托收指示應(yīng)列明商業(yè)單據(jù)是憑承兌不是憑付款交給付款人。e.
