個(gè)小企業(yè)的生存現(xiàn)狀——記錄寒假實(shí)習(xí)的點(diǎn)滴(存儲(chǔ)版)

From the qualification documents of it I found that it has a long history of selling labor protection appliance before that year. To many ordinary customers, labor protection appliance is a strange concept. It was because that the main target customers are factory and construction site. And because of the safety and different levels of labor, it has a lot of kinds and strict demanding on quality. Due to the lack of fund and technique, the pany only produces some simple products, such as overalls, gauze mask and so on. As for safe belt, shoes and other special products, it only does wholesale or mission sales. I did the oneweek practice in a branch of the pany. The following report has two parts. The first part is my experience of the practice。這次實(shí)習(xí)的經(jīng)歷也給筆者帶了很多思考。主要是精力有限，小的加工廠工人流動(dòng)頻繁，如果做大的工廠生產(chǎn)又缺乏資金，并且風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大，而且還要要求銷量跟上。還有就是資金回籠過慢，流不回來，生意就很難做下去了。這也使得記價(jià)格成為實(shí)習(xí)中最大的挑戰(zhàn)。因?yàn)槎喙鸵幻麊T工一年可能就要增加一萬元的開支，還需要相應(yīng)的培訓(xùn)熟練，并且不一定會(huì)給企業(yè)多來一萬元的利潤(rùn)。安全帽、軍大衣、回收的蛇皮袋、一個(gè)穿著迷彩服的模特、梯子、四箱布料樣品等都要放在恰當(dāng)醒目的位置，便于讓顧客挑選，并且又不能顯得太亂。我將會(huì)詳細(xì)的介紹我的所見所聞，所思所感。在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下，他們是如何生存的？筆者利用寒假的時(shí)間進(jìn)入一家小企業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)，收獲頗多。它們的經(jīng)理、老板也許有著白領(lǐng)的名頭，實(shí)質(zhì)上卻在做藍(lán)領(lǐng)的工作。它可能只有一間租賃的門面，或者寫字樓里偏僻的一個(gè)房間；工作人員也只有寥寥可數(shù)的幾個(gè)人。由于涉及勞動(dòng)安全與勞動(dòng)層次，勞保用品一般種類繁多，對(duì)材料也有嚴(yán)格的要求。首先映入我眼簾的是一個(gè)正在充電的電動(dòng)車和一個(gè)已經(jīng)有些銹跡斑駁的三輪車。其實(shí)，光顧店里的顧客很少，一般每天只有幾個(gè)，但是每次的成交額一般都比較大，一天下來結(jié)賬的時(shí)候通常都有幾百塊錢，好的時(shí)候可以上一千。 顧客也有很難說話的，對(duì)價(jià)格的討還是比較多的情況。訪談下面是我對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)理的訪談問：您是如何走上創(chuàng)業(yè)道路的？經(jīng)理：我原來在九江勞保用品公司。公司要求配備電腦、發(fā)票打印機(jī)， 《增值稅發(fā)票管理規(guī)定》要求把增值稅發(fā)票存放在保險(xiǎn)柜里，這些東西放在家里很安全。這家小企業(yè)是千千萬萬個(gè)小企業(yè)生存現(xiàn)狀的縮影。 the second is an interview to the boss of the pany.
