Amazon is not only the largest electronic network Business Company in the United States ,but also is one of the first network operating emerce panies. Amazon was founded in 1995, only began operating a network of sales of books, now it has extended to a very wide range of the largest B2C enterprise around the world ,there is no doubt that Amazon is the benchmark of the industry.In this thesis, our attention will be directed to the Amazon from the four aspects ,which is market pattern , technology pattern, operation pattern ,revenue pattern.Above all ,thesis sketches the what Amazon is as well as its development course .Then ,thesis indicates market pattern in four aspects ,which is the international market, the Chinese market, accessories and the FTA pattern .Moreover ,it also analyze the action the Amazon enter Tmall. Amazon’s vice president and CTO Werner Vogels said ”The first position of Amazon is a technology pany. Bezos created the Amazon to achieve things that can not be done by another way with internet ,rather than just simply open a bookstore.”That is why the thesis describes technology pattern individually.Operation pattern is essential to a pany ,it creates good condition for the development of the pany .In this part ,the thesis describes logistics pattern in detail .Further more ,it also state a new type of operation pattern
