大學(xué)生在酒店實(shí)習(xí)的現(xiàn)狀分析畢業(yè)論文-全文預(yù)覽
【正文】 店之前就有不少學(xué)生打退堂鼓，到了快畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中，在酒店中吃不了苦及時(shí)身退的更是不在少數(shù)。管理類本科生在酒店實(shí)習(xí)后，大多認(rèn)為實(shí)習(xí)期太長(zhǎng)，一般在 36 個(gè)月就可以了，因?yàn)樵诰频晷袠I(yè)這種操作性比較強(qiáng)，但工作內(nèi)容比較單一、重復(fù)性較強(qiáng)的行業(yè)，對(duì)于本科生來(lái)說(shuō)是很容易學(xué)會(huì)的，最多花一個(gè)月就能單獨(dú)進(jìn)行操作。本科生在酒店實(shí)習(xí)的時(shí)間均比較長(zhǎng)，一般是 612 個(gè)月，酒店與實(shí)習(xí)生在實(shí)習(xí)前會(huì)簽訂合同，從而約束每一位實(shí)習(xí)生堅(jiān)持到實(shí)習(xí)期結(jié)束。（二）酒店實(shí)習(xí)情況 本科生實(shí)習(xí)酒店星級(jí)普遍較高,主要集中在四、五星級(jí)，但實(shí)習(xí)生的職位普遍較低,且在較長(zhǎng)的實(shí)習(xí)期里實(shí)習(xí)生實(shí)習(xí)崗位單一,且絕大部分從事高強(qiáng)度的體力工作，絕大數(shù)集中在客房部、餐飲部和前廳部。作為操作性、應(yīng)用性較強(qiáng)的管理專業(yè),實(shí)習(xí)是提升和檢驗(yàn)學(xué)生實(shí)際能力的一種途徑。二、管理類本科生在酒店實(shí)習(xí)情況（一）管理類本科生選擇酒店行業(yè)實(shí)習(xí) 實(shí)習(xí)是管理專業(yè)整體教學(xué)計(jì)劃中極其重要的組成部分,也是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)生涯中非常重要的一部分,是學(xué)生將所學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)及專業(yè)技術(shù)知識(shí)與實(shí)際應(yīng)用相結(jié)合的實(shí)踐過(guò)程。然而，在這個(gè)大好形勢(shì)下，酒店能否抓住這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)也考驗(yàn)著他們的管理水平，目前很多酒店沒(méi)有合理調(diào)整酒店的組織結(jié)構(gòu)，比如管理者之間，管理者與員工之間，員工與員工之間都存在爾虞我詐的矛盾局面，這不僅影響到了酒店得士氣，也嚴(yán)重影響到了酒店的發(fā)展。（二）目前酒店業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的分析進(jìn)入 21 世紀(jì)，全球各主要發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)均呈現(xiàn)出由“工業(yè)型經(jīng)濟(jì)”向“服務(wù)型經(jīng)濟(jì)”的快速轉(zhuǎn)變，現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)在國(guó)民生產(chǎn)總值中所占比重越來(lái)越大，并吸引了大量就業(yè)，其發(fā)展水平已經(jīng)成為衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)現(xiàn)代化程度得重要標(biāo)志。但現(xiàn)實(shí)中酒店業(yè)“人才荒”的局面并沒(méi)有得到多少改善，那么究竟是什么原因?qū)е铝诉@一切，酒店高學(xué)歷人才流失的原因是什么？酒店、高等院校和畢業(yè)生該如何應(yīng)對(duì)？本文就此問(wèn)題展開討論。 Management undergraduate。目 錄摘 要 ??????????????????????????????? 1一、對(duì)酒店行業(yè)的分析 ???????????????????????? 2（一）酒店的發(fā)展 ?????????????????????????? 2（二）目前酒店業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的分析 ????????????????????? 2二、管理類本科生在酒店實(shí)習(xí)情況 ??????????????????? 3（一）管理類本科生選擇酒店行業(yè)實(shí)習(xí) ????????????????? 3（二）酒店實(shí)習(xí)情況 ????????????????????????? 4（三）本科生在酒店實(shí)習(xí)結(jié)束后的感想 ????????????????? 4三、管理類本科生沒(méi)受到酒店青睞的原因 ???????????????? 4（一）不注重操作技能的掌握。關(guān)鍵詞：酒店；管理類本科生；矛盾沖突 Analyze the current situation of management undergraduate internship in the hotelZhou ChenglinGrade 2022 ，Major in Human Resources Management, College of Management ,CWNU Instructor: Li QiyuanAbstract:Internship in hotel is a typical form of internship for management , some management and employment system of hotel is much different from the management theory and thinking of the management undergraduates, as a result, many undergraduates did not well in their work, as well as bad emotion, and depart from the hotel in succession after the internship.
