、復(fù)合、智能、環(huán)保方向發(fā)展的帶動下,夾具技術(shù)正朝著高精、高效、通用、經(jīng)濟的方向發(fā)展。地方、部門、企業(yè)自成體系,投資分散重復(fù),沒有形成有較強競爭力的大型骨干零部件企業(yè),也未形成按專業(yè)化分工、分層次合理配套的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),難以體現(xiàn)規(guī)模效益。加工裝備的柔性概念和需求主要體現(xiàn)在對設(shè)備快速性和適應(yīng)性的需求上,因此制造商不得不尋求柔性和產(chǎn)量之間的最佳組合。然而采用每一種特種加工方法所獲得的加工精度和表面 質(zhì)量與加工條件參數(shù)間都有其規(guī)律。 研究現(xiàn)狀近年來,我國機械制造工藝有著飛速的發(fā)展。 課題目的及意義培養(yǎng)學(xué)生解決汽車零件加工工藝問題的能力。直徑為16mm的孔內(nèi)裝一個減壓軸,用于降低汽缸內(nèi)壓力,便于啟動柴油機。Process analysis。首先介紹了氣門搖臂軸支座的作用和工藝分析,其次確定毛坯尺寸,然后進行了工藝規(guī)程設(shè)計,最后進行夾具設(shè)計。現(xiàn)在機械加工行業(yè)發(fā)生著結(jié)構(gòu)性變化,工藝工裝的設(shè)計與改良已成為企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的必要條件,工藝工裝的設(shè)計與改良將直接影響加工產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量與性能。關(guān)鍵詞:搖臂軸支座;工藝分析;工藝規(guī)程設(shè)計;夾具設(shè)計AbstractMechanical processing industry as a traditional and dynamic industry, made by leaps and bounds in recent years, the development of the new economy era, industry presents new development trend, resulting in the quality of other performance requirements have new the structural changes in mechanical processing industry, to design the process equipment and has bee a necessary condition for enterprise survival and development, to design the process equipment and will directly affect the quality of the processed products and performance.
