【正文】 rty B. 二 . 乙方應遵守國家和省、市有關法律法規(guī)和甲方依法制定的規(guī)章制度，按時完成工作任務，提高職業(yè)技能，遵守安全操作規(guī)程和職業(yè)道德。有職業(yè)危害的工種應在合同約定中告知，甲方應為乙方的生產工作提供符合規(guī)定的勞動保護設施、勞動防護用品及其他勞動保護條件。 Party a and Party B must participate in social insurance and pay social insurance premiums on a monthly basis in accordance with the national and provincial law. The amount payable by Party B shall be withheld by Party B from the Party A’s monthly wages. 二 . 乙方患病或非因工負傷，甲方應按國家和省、市的有關規(guī)定給予乙方享受醫(yī)療期和醫(yī)療期待遇。 Party B’s wage increase/decrease, bonuses, allowances and subsidies, as well as the wage payment in special circumstances, shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations and Party A’s internal rules and policies.
