【正文】 rty B. 二 . 乙方應(yīng)遵守國家和省、市有關(guān)法律法規(guī)和甲方依法制定的規(guī)章制度，按時完成工作任務(wù)，提高職業(yè)技能，遵守安全操作規(guī)程和職業(yè)道德。有職業(yè)危害的工種應(yīng)在合同約定中告知，甲方應(yīng)為乙方的生產(chǎn)工作提供符合規(guī)定的勞動保護(hù)設(shè)施、勞動防護(hù)用品及其他勞動保護(hù)條件。 Party a and Party B must participate in social insurance and pay social insurance premiums on a monthly basis in accordance with the national and provincial law.
