eave, Maternity leave and Compassionate leave according to the National Law. 第六條 勞動(dòng)保護(hù)、勞動(dòng)條件和職業(yè)危害防護(hù) Article 6 Labor Protection, Working Conditions and Protections against Occupational Hazards 一 . 甲乙雙方都必 須嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行國(guó)家有關(guān)安全生產(chǎn)、勞動(dòng)保護(hù)、職業(yè)衛(wèi)生等規(guī)定。 The Parties must strictly implement relevant national occupational safety, labor protection and occupational sanitation procedures and standards. Any job exposed to occupational hazards shall be specified in the contract, and Party A shall provide Party B with work safety and hygiene facilities, labor protection equipment and other necessary conditions for Party B’s work activities. Party B must strictly ply with the work disciplines, operating procedures and safety rules set by Party A. Party A must conscientiously carry out relevant provisions formulated by the state for the protection of female and underaged employees. 第 七條 規(guī)章制度 Article 7 Regulation and Rules 一 . 甲方依法 制定 的 規(guī)章制度, 應(yīng)當(dāng)告知乙方。 Party B shall ply with the Family Planning regulation accordance to the Law. 第八條 保密條款 Article 8 Confidential Agreement 簽訂本合同之前甲乙雙方已簽署《保密協(xié)議》,乙方承諾同意并嚴(yán)格遵守保密協(xié)議中約定的義務(wù)。 Party A shall furnish Party B with proper working place, labor conditions and position, and shall also pay the remuneration to Party B on time, conforming to the provisions herein. Party B shall fulfill his responsibilities herein in due diligence. 二 . 甲乙雙方經(jīng)協(xié)商一致,可以變更合同。 Where Party A and Party B reach a consensus, the contract can be terminated. 二 . 乙方提前三十日以書面形式通知甲方,可以解除勞動(dòng)合同;乙方試用期 內(nèi)提前三日通知甲方,可以解除勞動(dòng)合同。 甲方應(yīng)依法 向乙方出具書面證明,并在十五日內(nèi)為乙方辦理檔案和社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)移手續(xù)。 Where Party A is able to promote or demote Party B base on the needs of work, physical condition, ability and performance, which is according to the Company regulations. Party B is willing to accept Part A’s arrangement. Premencement, Party A have arranged fulltime translator to translate and explain the details of regulations and rules of 《 Employee Handbook》 and《 Remuneration Rule》 .Party B should familiar with, understand, and agree to abide to Party A’s relevant regulation and rules. 第十 四 條 其他 Article 14 Miscellaneous 一 . 本合同在履行中發(fā)生爭(zhēng)議,任何一方均可向企業(yè)勞動(dòng)爭(zhēng)議調(diào)解委員會(huì)申請(qǐng)調(diào)解,也可向勞動(dòng)爭(zhēng)議仲裁委員會(huì)申請(qǐng)仲裁。 Should any provision of this Contract be in violation of the PRC laws or regulations, the new laws and regulations shall govern. 四 . 本合同依法訂立,雙方簽字蓋章后生效, 涂改或未經(jīng)書面授權(quán)代簽無效, 雙方必須嚴(yán)格履行。 簽約日期: 簽約日期: Date of Execution Date of Execution
