【正文】 經(jīng)正式授權(quán)的雙方代表以書(shū)面作出和執(zhí)行，否則對(duì)本協(xié)議的任何條款的改變、修改或增加不產(chǎn)生效力。如果主管法院認(rèn)為：（ 1）載于本協(xié)議的任何條款因任何理由在時(shí)間、地域范圍或活動(dòng)方面過(guò)于廣泛，該條款在某種意義上應(yīng)被解釋為使它能執(zhí)行到與適用的法律相融合的最大限度 。 Compelled Disclosure.
