【正文】 II ABSTRACT This thesis is the plant design of a coldrolled steel strip plant with annual capacity of tons. The typical product is 45 steel, 1500 mm. The main equipments of the design are the latest ones in coldstrip rolling, which included: shallowtank hydrochloric acid pickling unit, the entire continuous annealing unit and the entire hydrogen hoodtype furnace, skinpass unit, slitting and shearing line and so on. The designed products included the cold rolled steel sheet, the coldrolled wide flat steel coil, the coldrolled ribbon steel coil so on. The design made the products scheme and the metal balance, designed the rolling schedule for the typical product, checked the rolling mill39。設(shè)計中所選的主體機組設(shè)備為最新發(fā)展的冷軋板帶軋制設(shè)備,它們分別是:酸軋聯(lián)合機組、罩式退火機組、平整機組、橫剪和縱剪機組、重卷機組等。設(shè)計中所生產(chǎn)的冷軋產(chǎn)品種類有:冷軋帶鋼板卷、冷軋薄鋼板、熱鍍鋅鋼卷板等。s production capacity, calculated the technical and economic indexes.
