ABSTRACT In the rapid development of national economy in the era of city traffic is the important part the taxi industry has entered a rapid development period. Taxi industry is a service industry oriented to direct the vehicle mass, scattered throughout the city in various areas, impact on society and relates to a broader scope, with the growing enterprise how reasonable planning capacity of taxi transport delivery, strengthen taxi safety management, strengthening enterprise to the driver and the taxi regulation, reduce traffic air sails mileage reduced fuel consumption to reduce the waste of resources, to provide passengers with faster and more highquality service and so on practical problems need to be solved by more advanced systems to support, through the system to achieve the industry 39。s healthy and steady development and to ensure that enterprises in the industry more petitive and faster decisions reaction force. 3S ( GPS/GIS/GPRS ), space technology, is a satellite positioning and navigation technology and puter munication technology bined with highly integrated, multidisciplinary for space information acquisition, processing, management, analysis, expression, transmission and application of modern information technology. Prior to both the main applications in GPS navigation。 the bination of the three is more applications in system integration, vehicle monitoring, vehicle scheduling, vehicle security project. In this paper, the design goal is integrated 3G technology application in taxi dispatching, while addressing system monitoring center in the actual problems occurring in the process, especially the most current monitoring system for the centralized architecture caused by such as monitoring vehicle capacity is limited, hard to expand the system, monitoring mechanism is unreasonable wait for a problem. In view of these problems this paper puts forward a distributed architecture of monitoring center design.
