學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 I 汽車天窗的整體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 摘要 汽車天窗作為汽車行駛時的地喚起設(shè)備 ,已經(jīng)逐漸成為各個汽車廠家生產(chǎn)轎車的標準配置。在汽車天窗市場競爭中電動汽車天窗具有很強的優(yōu)勢,如結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、使用方便、可靠性高、具有很好的市場潛力等。因此選擇設(shè)計電動式天窗具有良好的市場前景,也可使整車在汽車競爭白熱化的今天占領(lǐng)了更大份額的市場 。 本次設(shè)計 首先 了解了天窗的作用、種類、 特點和天窗各種零部件執(zhí)行標準。然后 ,對天窗的密封排水方式、性能要求、也 天窗對風(fēng)噪聲的影響做出了說明和分析。 在掌握天窗的工作原理后在天窗設(shè)計部分,依據(jù) 了蝸輪蝸桿減速器的 原理設(shè)計了電動機換向減速傳動機構(gòu), 結(jié)合天窗的結(jié)構(gòu)性能 對天窗進行了設(shè)計與強度校核,對動向蝸輪傳動桿的主要參數(shù)和尺寸分析,選擇傳動材料和類型, 按蝸輪齒面接觸疲勞強度計算 校核蝸輪齒根疲勞強度,對蝸桿蝸輪 各部分尺寸計算,天窗電機 最終動力輸出選擇。最后,分析 并繪制了汽車天窗滑動機構(gòu)、連接機構(gòu)、驅(qū)動機構(gòu)的 CAD零件圖和裝配圖,同時也對車頂開關(guān)的工作過程進行了簡要分析。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 汽車天窗;換向減速機構(gòu);滑動機構(gòu) ; 強度校核 學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 II The Overall Structure Design of Automobile Sunroofs Abstract As the ventilation device when driving a car, sunroofs have gradually bee the standard equipment for nearly every car manufacture. In the market petition for sunroofs, electric ones enjoy great popularity for its simple structure, easy handling, high reliability and market potential, etc. Therefore, choosing to design electric sunroof has very good market prospect, making the whole car occupy more market share in the enormously fierce petition of automobile. The design of the thoughts and ideas first understand the skylight, types, characteristics and various parts of the implementation of standards. Then make a description and analysis of the performance of the sealing drainage way, skylight requirements influence on wind noise. The working principle of skylight skylight design master in part, on the basis of the principle of the worm reducer design the motor reversing speed reducer, bined with the structure properties of skylight and requirements to the roof for the design and strength check, the main analysis of the trend of worm gear drive rod parameters and size, select gear materials and types, according to the turbine gear surface contact fatigue strength calculation, checking the fatigue strength calculation of the worm and worm wheel worm gear tooth root, the size of each part of the roof, and click on the final power output selection.
