【正文】 吉 林 農(nóng) 業(yè) 科 技 學(xué) 院 學(xué) 士 學(xué) 位 論 文 論 文 題 目： 東 北農(nóng)村的節(jié)能住宅設(shè)計(jì) 年 級(jí) 專 業(yè)： 07 級(jí)農(nóng)業(yè)建筑環(huán)境與能源工程 學(xué) 生 姓 名： 石占軍 學(xué) 號(hào)： 0710604018 指 導(dǎo) 教 師： 胡宇祥 評(píng) 閱 教 師： 完 成 日 期： 20xx 年 5 月 8 日 吉林農(nóng)業(yè)科技學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）題目 I 東北農(nóng)村的節(jié)能住宅設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 生 : 石占軍 專 業(yè) : 農(nóng)業(yè)建筑環(huán)境與能源工程 指導(dǎo)教師 : 胡宇祥 摘 要 隨著全球能源問題的日益嚴(yán)重，建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)和 可 持續(xù)能源的利用已經(jīng)成為全世界各個(gè)國家住宅發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。在我 國 東北地區(qū)農(nóng)村住宅中，普遍存在著維護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)保溫性能差、能耗大、室內(nèi)熱舒適差等問題，給農(nóng)民生活質(zhì)量的提高和生活環(huán)境的改善都草成很大的影響。為了改變這一現(xiàn)狀，本文在總結(jié)吸取以往研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)地區(qū)的實(shí)際情況，從維護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)保溫技術(shù)、太陽能利用兩個(gè)方面對(duì)住宅進(jìn)行總體性和系統(tǒng)性的優(yōu)化。 本文對(duì) 我國東北地區(qū)農(nóng)村住宅進(jìn)行了調(diào)查，首先介紹了東北地區(qū)農(nóng)村住宅的能耗現(xiàn)狀，并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了分析。然后從采用新型墻體材料、采用保溫技術(shù)、提高哦啊窗戶的熱工性能、加強(qiáng)窗戶夜間保溫和屋面保溫方面進(jìn)行研究，期望能夠使圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)達(dá)到理想的保溫效果。本文還討論了太陽能技術(shù)在東北地區(qū)農(nóng)村住宅中的應(yīng)用。 通過調(diào)查研究，發(fā)現(xiàn)如果寒冷地區(qū)農(nóng)村住宅運(yùn)用適宜節(jié)能措施、并充分利用太陽能資源，可以使寒冷地區(qū) 農(nóng)村住宅成為低能耗、高舒適的住宅，并期望論文對(duì)寒冷地區(qū)新農(nóng)村住宅建設(shè)提供一定的借鑒意義。 關(guān)鍵詞： 東北地區(qū)； 農(nóng)村住宅 ； 節(jié)能技術(shù) 東北農(nóng)村的節(jié)能住宅設(shè)計(jì) II The Subject of Undergraduate Graduation Project Name: 石占軍 Major: 農(nóng)業(yè)建筑環(huán)境與能源工程 Tutor: 胡宇祥 Abstract With the world39。s growing energy， building energy— saving technology and sustainable energy use in all countries around the world has bee a residential development China39。s cold in the rural residential areas ， the prevalence of pool performance envelope insulation． heating cycle length， energy consumption， indoor thermal fort poor， the peasants to improve the quality of life and living environment have improved a great impact In order to change tile status quo， the paper summed up the lessons in the past on the basis of research results， based on the realities on the ground， from the envelope insulation technology， the use of solar energy for both residential general and systematic optimization This article investigates Chinese rural residence in cold area first introduced the energy consumption of residence in cold rural area the status quo and analyzed And then using the new wail material． thermal insulation using technology to improve the thermal performance of windows insulation to strengthen the windows at night and look into the issue of roof insulation， building envelope can look forward to achieve the desired effect of the insulation. This article also discussed the solar energy technology in cold regions in rural residence applications. Through investigation and study found that if rural residence in cold area regions suitable for use of energy— saving measures and make full use of energy resource will enable the rural residence in cod area into the lowpower， high fort of home， paper look forward to the regions of the new housing construction rural residence in cold area to provide a reference significance.
