【正文】 湖 南 科 技 大 學 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計（論 文） 題 目 生態(tài)視角下家禽物流模式 優(yōu)化研究 —— 以祁陽縣為例 作 者 蘇定 學 院 商學院 專 業(yè) 物流管理 學 號 1115080208 指導教師 羅迎 二〇一五年五月三十一日摘 要 隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和生活水平的提高，人們對于食品質(zhì)量的要求也越來越高，消費觀念也從過去的溫飽型逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)在追求“安全、營養(yǎng)、新鮮”。近年來，禽流感頻發(fā)，家禽食品安全問題已經(jīng)成為了全社會的熱點話題。活禽物流是產(chǎn)生禽流感的重要原因，逐漸被市場淘汰；而白條禽冷鏈物流作為解決我國家禽食品安全問題的有效途徑和方法，將逐步被市場和消費者所認可和接受。 本文首先總結(jié)了家禽物流現(xiàn)狀，分析了現(xiàn)有家禽物流模式存在的問題 ；探討白條禽冷鏈物流模式，并以祁陽縣 快樂人家禽養(yǎng)殖公司為例，就家禽傳統(tǒng)活禽物流模式和白條禽冷鏈物流模式進行預測比較，最后提出家禽物流模式優(yōu)化的對策建議。 關(guān)鍵詞： 食品安全問題；禽流感；白條禽；冷鏈物流；家禽物流模式優(yōu)化 i ABSTRACT With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards, people also more and more high to the requirement of food quality, consumption concept also gradually transforms the subsistence from the past to the present the pursuit of safety, nutrition and recent years, the frequent occurrence of avian influenza, poultry food safety problem has bee a hot topic of the whole poultry logistics is important reasons for bird flu, and gradually eliminated by the market。And white birds coldchain logistics as an effective way to solve the problem of poultry food safety and methods, will gradually recognized and accepted by the market and consumers.
