【正文】 題 目: 我國(guó)第三方物流企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究 ——以德邦物流為例 院系名稱: 專業(yè)班級(jí): 學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué) 號(hào): 指導(dǎo)教師: 教師職稱: 2013年05月25日I摘 要近年來(lái),隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,我國(guó)物流市場(chǎng)需求持續(xù)擴(kuò)大,物流行業(yè)也成不斷增長(zhǎng)的態(tài)勢(shì),物流體系不斷完善,然而由于中國(guó)物流行業(yè)起步較晚,行業(yè)運(yùn)行還有許多不成熟之處,大多數(shù)都是中小民營(yíng)物流企業(yè),競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力明顯不足。另外再加上近兩年國(guó)際物流巨頭不斷開(kāi)拓我國(guó)物流市場(chǎng),我國(guó)物流企業(yè)更面臨嚴(yán)峻的形勢(shì),因此充分認(rèn)識(shí)當(dāng)前我國(guó)民營(yíng)物流行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題,找出適合我國(guó)民營(yíng)物流企業(yè)發(fā)展的策略,逐步培育和強(qiáng)化它們的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有非常重要的意義。在這樣的背景下,本論文選取第三方物流代表性企業(yè)(德邦物流)為研究對(duì)象,首先明確企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的內(nèi)涵、特征等,然后通過(guò)對(duì)德邦物流的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及前景分析,來(lái)反映當(dāng)前我國(guó)第三方物流企業(yè)面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),在借鑒前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從人力資源管理、信息化建設(shè)等方面探討如何更好的提高第三方物流企業(yè)服務(wù)水平和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。通過(guò)對(duì)德邦物流的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其主要存在運(yùn)作體系薄弱,管理體制不完善;運(yùn)營(yíng)費(fèi)用支出較大;物流管理人才缺乏;物流技術(shù)水平較低,物流設(shè)施利用不足,信息化建設(shè)亟待提高等問(wèn)題。而且這些問(wèn)題也是我國(guó)中小型民營(yíng)物流企業(yè)普遍存在的問(wèn)題。對(duì)德邦物流上述存在的問(wèn)題的探討和解決,可以使德邦物流企業(yè)認(rèn)清當(dāng)前的形勢(shì),制定和實(shí)施一系列強(qiáng)化自身核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的措施,也能為我國(guó)第三方物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供借鑒。關(guān)鍵詞:第三方物流 核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力 德邦物流31VTitle Our Country Third Party Logistics Enterprise39。s Core Competitiveness Research——With Deppon Logistics As An Example AbstractIn recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, China39。s logistics market demand continues to expand, the logistics industry is also a growing trend, and constantly improve the logistics system, however, due to the logistics industry in China started late, the industry is running, there are many immature at, most of which are small and mediumsized private logistics enterprises, petitiveness is clearly insufficient.
