【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) ( 論文 ) 住宅小區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng) —— 住戶管理子系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn) 論文作者姓名： 申請(qǐng)學(xué)位專業(yè)： 申請(qǐng)學(xué)位類別： 指導(dǎo)教師姓名（職稱）： 論文提交日期： 住宅小區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng) —— 住戶管理子系統(tǒng) 的實(shí)現(xiàn) 摘 要 隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和城市開(kāi)發(fā)，住宅小區(qū)越來(lái)越成為居住的主流，小區(qū)物業(yè)管理是針對(duì)當(dāng)代社會(huì)這一市場(chǎng)需要應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的。 設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā) 的小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng) ， 是為小區(qū)管理者和小區(qū)用戶更好 地 維護(hù)各項(xiàng)物業(yè)管理 工作和 業(yè)務(wù)處理工作而開(kāi)發(fā)的管理軟件 。 根據(jù)需求分析，實(shí)現(xiàn)小 區(qū)管理業(yè)務(wù)，效益已越來(lái)越明顯。因此，開(kāi)發(fā)這樣一套小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)軟件成為很有必要的事情 。 系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)遵循軟件工程的方法，開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言采用 ASP，數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)采用 SQL Server 2021 數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。 系統(tǒng) 采用 B/S 模式設(shè)計(jì)，設(shè)計(jì)了三類用戶不同的使用模塊，分別完成不同的功能。 系 統(tǒng)能完成基本的小區(qū)住戶管理和出租房屋管理并可根據(jù)需要擴(kuò)展本系統(tǒng) ，可以滿足一般小區(qū)物業(yè)管理的住戶管理需要。 關(guān)鍵詞： 管理系統(tǒng) ； 住戶管理 ； ASP； SQL The Network Residential District Estate Management System —— The Realization Inhabitant Management Subsystem Abstract With the development of economy and urban in our country, residential district has bee a mainstream. Estate management for district is produced aiming at the market, nowadays. The system of estate management which is developed is a kind of management software used to deal with various kinds of works for the managers and owners of the houses residential. According to the analysis of requirement, the effect of realizing the management business is more and more evidence. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a set of estate management software. The system is developed according to software engineering, the ASP language and SQL Server 2021 database is adopt, too. The system is based on the mode of B/S, which is designed three types of customers for respectively plete the different functions. The system can acplish the basic housing management and rentout housing management, and can be expanded according to the requirement, and can be used for inhabitant management of estate management.
