【正文】 I 摘 要 北國(guó)溫泉人力資源管理系統(tǒng)，以幫助企業(yè)達(dá)到企業(yè)職員信息管理辦公自動(dòng)化、節(jié)約管理成本、提高企業(yè)職員信息管理管理工作效率的目的。根據(jù)實(shí)際需求，“北國(guó)溫泉人力資源管理系統(tǒng)”項(xiàng)目采用模塊化的設(shè)計(jì)思想，在 Windows XP 操作系統(tǒng)環(huán)境下，搭建 JSP 運(yùn)行環(huán)境 JDK+TOMCAT，通過使用 JAVA 語言完成動(dòng)態(tài)的、交互的 web 服務(wù)器應(yīng)用程序，采用 SSH 技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn) 員工管理、部門管理、權(quán)限管理、考勤管理、以及用戶管理和 信息查詢、 以 及用戶密碼修改功能。本系統(tǒng)具有多方面特點(diǎn)：系統(tǒng)功能完備，用戶使用方便簡(jiǎn)捷，人性化的用戶 界面，安全保密設(shè)置齊全，大大減少了操作人員和用戶的工作負(fù)擔(dān)，提高了企業(yè)職員信息管理的工作效率和企業(yè)的信息化的水平。 關(guān)鍵詞： 職員信息； JSP； SSH； 薪資管理 II Abstract In today39。s society, the Inter an unprecedented development, people39。s work and life has brought great convenience and efficiency, information technology, electronic has bee the save operation cost, improve work efficiency of choice. Information management system developed by the puter with the rapid retrieval, high reliability, large memory capacity, high security, long life and low cost, significantly improve the efficiency of information management and management of enterprise staff. Increasingly fierce petition among enterprises, information management technology is increasingly important, corporate staff information management has bee indispensable part of a business unit, its contents provide an important basis for the decisionmaking of the enterprise managers. Therefore, I designed the enterprise information management system, to help enterprises achieve enterprise information management office automation, saving management cost, improve enterprise information management efficiency. According to the actual demand, enterprise information management system project adopts the modularized design idea, in the Windows XP operating system environment, build up a JSP runtime environment JDK+TOMCAT, through the use of JAVA language to plete dynamic, interactive web server applications, using SSH technology to realize the staff management, departmental management, rights management, attendance management, salary management, and user management and information query, and user password modification. The system has many features: the system function is plete, easy to use simple, userfriendly user interface, plete security settings, greatly reducing the operators and users of the work burden, improve enterprise information management efficiency and enterprise information level.
