【正文】 本 科 畢 業(yè) 論 文 題目: 錐齒輪注塑模設(shè)計(jì) 畢業(yè)論文題目 ii 摘 要 塑料齒輪在玩具、儀表等場合廣泛被應(yīng)用,本次設(shè)計(jì)是基于工件材料分析、注塑工藝性分析及模具設(shè)計(jì),以錐齒輪注塑模為主線,綜合了成型工藝分析,模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),最后到模具零件的加工方法,模具總的裝配等一系列模具生產(chǎn)的所有過程。在設(shè)計(jì)該模具的同時(shí)總結(jié)了以往模具設(shè)計(jì)的一般方法、步驟,模具設(shè)計(jì)中常用的公式、數(shù)據(jù)、模具結(jié)構(gòu)及零部件。該注射模最顯著的特征是避免了傳統(tǒng)的脫模方式。該模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 簡單可靠,加工裝配方便。 首先,簡要介紹了現(xiàn)今模具行業(yè)的情況和未來有可能的發(fā)展趨勢,以及限制模具發(fā)展的因素。 其次,對(duì)工件進(jìn)行了工藝性分析,確定了模具設(shè)計(jì)的整體方案。根據(jù)塑料模具設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)和相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式進(jìn)行了必要的計(jì)算,根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果選用了注射機(jī);又進(jìn)一步完成了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的選擇和對(duì)非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的設(shè)計(jì)。 最后,完成了模具的整體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞:錐齒輪;模具設(shè)計(jì);工藝分析 畢業(yè)論文題目 iii Bevel gear injection mold design Abstract: In this paper, based on the mouth of the bottle Cypriot injection molddesignand process analysis, to the mouth of the bottle Cypriot Diemain line, the Integrated Process analysis, mold design of the structure, the last to die parts machining methods, the die assembly and a series of moldall process.
