【正文】 沈陽(yáng)化工學(xué)院 本科畢業(yè)論文 題 目 : 可預(yù)涂微膠囊厭氧膠的研究 畢業(yè)論文任務(wù)書(shū) 應(yīng)用化學(xué) 專(zhuān)業(yè) 0902 班 學(xué)生: 畢業(yè)論文題目: 可預(yù)涂微膠囊厭膠的研究 畢業(yè)論文內(nèi)容: 可預(yù)涂微膠囊厭膠的合成研究 畢業(yè)論文專(zhuān)題部分: /丙烯酸鈉的合成 丙烯酸 馬來(lái)酸酐三元共聚物的合成 起止時(shí)間: 20xx 年 3 月 20xx 年 6 月 指導(dǎo)教師: 簽字 年 月 日 教研室主任: 簽字 年 月 日 院系負(fù)責(zé)人: 簽字 年 月 日 內(nèi)容摘要 預(yù)涂型厭氧膠是厭氧膠系列產(chǎn)品中技術(shù)含量最高的新品種,它不同于已在工業(yè)中廣泛應(yīng)用的液態(tài)厭氧膠,是水劑型雙組份膠。 A組份主要包括聚合單體、分散劑、穩(wěn)定劑、阻聚劑、促進(jìn)劑、助促進(jìn)劑及改性劑等 。B組份為含過(guò)氧化物固化引發(fā)劑的 微膠囊。 本文合成了 A組分 高分子分散劑即 聚丙烯酸丁酯 /丙烯酸鈉 、苯乙烯 丙烯酸 馬來(lái)酸酐三元共聚物, B組分微膠囊,并用合成的原料合成了可預(yù)涂微膠囊型厭氧膠 。采用紅外光譜、粘度、氣相色譜、扭矩扳手等對(duì)合成的物質(zhì)進(jìn)行了表征及測(cè)試。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容及主要結(jié)論如下: ,制得聚丙烯酸丁酯 /丙烯酸鈉乳化劑。探討了過(guò)硫酸銨( APS)用量、十二烷基硫醇( DDM)用量對(duì)聚丙烯酸丁酯 /丙烯酸鈉聚合反應(yīng)的影響及聚丙烯酸丁酯 /丙烯酸鈉的用量對(duì)厭氧膠乳液聚合反應(yīng)的影響,合成聚丙烯酸丁酯 /丙烯酸鈉的最優(yōu)條件為 :當(dāng)溫度 70℃, APS用量 %, DDM用量 %, BA: AANa=2:3時(shí)乳化效果較好;當(dāng) P( BA/AANa)用量 3%,配制的可預(yù)涂厭氧膠,經(jīng)檢測(cè)各項(xiàng)性能良好。 、丙烯酸和馬來(lái)酸酐為原料,制得苯乙烯 丙烯酸 馬來(lái)酸酐三元共聚物為高分子分散劑。探討了不同 n(ST): n(AA): n(MAH)的用量、引發(fā)劑過(guò)氧化苯甲酰( BPO)的用量對(duì)苯乙烯 丙烯酸 馬來(lái)酸酐( STAAMAH)三元共聚物聚合反應(yīng)的影響及苯乙烯 丙烯酸 馬來(lái)酸酐( STAAMAH)三元共聚物的用量對(duì)厭氧膠乳液聚合反應(yīng)的影響, 合成三 元共聚物的最有條件是:當(dāng)溫度為 90℃, BPO用量為 3%,單體投料摩爾比為 n(SA):n(AA):n(MAH)=:1:1時(shí)分散效果較好;配置的厭氧膠經(jīng)檢測(cè)各項(xiàng)性能良好。 、過(guò)氧化苯甲酰為芯材的厭氧膠固化引發(fā)劑微膠囊,并且用均相溶液聚合法,制備了苯乙烯―馬來(lái)酸酐共聚物做為乳化劑來(lái)保持芯材的均勻分布。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,苯乙烯―馬來(lái)酸酐共聚物不是嚴(yán)格的交替共聚物,但交替的傾向較大;以苯乙烯―馬來(lái)酸酐共聚物和阿拉伯樹(shù)膠作為復(fù)合乳化劑,反應(yīng)終點(diǎn) pH 值為 左右,反應(yīng)溫度 70℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間 4h,攪拌速率 1000r/min,可制得分散適中、形貌較好的微膠囊。 關(guān)鍵詞: 高分子分散劑 ; 乳化劑;微膠囊;可預(yù)涂厭氧膠; Study on anaerobic adhesive precoated microcapsules Abstract The precoatable microcapsule type anaerobic adhesive is anaerobic adhesive series products of the highest technical content among varieties,which is different from has been widely applied in industrial liquid anaerobic adhesive,and is the water dosage forms a twoponent A mainly includes polymerization monomer, dispersing agent, stabilizer, inhibitor, accelerator, help promote agent and modifying agent, etc。Part B ponent is microcapsule, which inside is initiator. Part A macromolecule dispersant was synthesized in this paper, namely sodium poly (butyl acrylate/acrylic acid, styrene acrylic acid, maleic anhydride terpolymer, part B microcapsules, and synthetic materials can be synthesized pre TuWei capsule type anaerobic adhesive。 This synthetic material was characterized by IR, GC, viscosity, torque. And yet the specific contents and main conclusions are as follows: (butylacrylate/sodium acrylate)[P(BA/AANa)] as an emulsifier was prepared with butyl acrylate and crylic acid as monomers. The effect of the amounts of initiator and DDM on polymerization reaction and the effect of the amounts of emulsifier on emulsion polymerization reaction were studied. The optimum reaction condition of P (BA/AANa) were: the molar ratio of n (butyl acrylate): n(crylic acid)was 2:3。 reaction temperature was 70℃ 。 the mass of initiator persulfate (APS) is 8% (base on total mass of reaction materials)。 the mass of lauryl mercaptan (DDM) is % (base on total mass of reaction materials). The mass of emulsifier was 3% (base on total mass of reaction materials),the precoatable microcapsule type anaerobic adhesive we prepared was excellent according to the result of the detections. styrene, acrylic acid and maleic anhydride as raw materials, produce styrene acrylic acid, maleic anhydride terpolymer of polymeric the different n (ST) : n (AA) : n (MAH), the dosage of initiator benzoyl peroxide (BPO), dosage of styrene acrylic acid, maleic anhydride (ST AA MAH) terpolymer of polymerization and Styrene acrylic acid, maleic anhydride (ST AA MAH) terpolymer dosage effect on anaerobic adhesive emulsion polymerization reaction. water soluble polymer dispersing agent was prepared with styrenemaleic anhydride copolymer(PSMAn)by solution copolymerization method. Microcapsules containing initiator for anaerobic adhesive by in situ polymerization in which ureaform aldehyde resin was used as the wall material and benzoyl peroxide was used as the core material. The result showed that styrenemaleic anhydride copolymer was not a strictly alternating copolymer but had greater tendency to alternate。 When the microencapsulation was conducted in a system modified by multiple emulsifiers, the mixture of styrene maleic anhydride copolymer and gum arabic, the end point pH value was at around , the reaction temperature was 70℃ , the reaction time was 4 h, and the agitation rate was of 1000r/min, the microcapsules were dispersed moderately in size, with good shape and appearance, and the diameter was about 100μm.
