【正文】 第1章 國(guó)際收支（Balance of Payments） 第3節(jié) 國(guó)際收支平衡表的分析 Analysis of BOP Statements一、國(guó)際收支失衡的含義The meanings of imbalance ： means the expenditure total amount exceed receipts ，or contrary circumstance in a country‘s balance of payments . The former is BOP deficit ，The latter is BOP surplus .（surplus （favorable） ：順差 deficit（ unfavorable）：逆差）是指收入總額大于支出總額或相反的情況。前者稱國(guó)際收支順差，后者稱國(guó)際收支逆差。 Notice： （economic meaning）上的失衡。 （deficit）也包括順差（surplus）。 （frequent ）、持續(xù)的（ continuous）和大量的（a great deal ）失衡。國(guó)際收支平衡與否的三種情況： 平衡 balance 基本平衡 basic balance 不平衡 imbalance（quality）和發(fā)生的原因（reason ）來(lái)進(jìn)行判斷。 國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)交易分自主性交易和調(diào)節(jié)性交易兩種。 Divided into： autonomous transaction regulative transaction 前者指單個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)主體（如進(jìn)出口商、銀行、個(gè)人），基于自身的需要或目的（the demand or purpose of the oneself）而進(jìn)行的交易活動(dòng)。. 市場(chǎng) market 利潤(rùn) profit 風(fēng)險(xiǎn) risk 價(jià)格 price 稅率 tax rate 投機(jī) speculation 管制 control 后者指一國(guó)貨幣當(dāng)局為了保持國(guó)際收支平衡、維護(hù)本幣匯率穩(wěn)定，在自主性交易出現(xiàn)缺口（gap）后，為填平其缺口（fill up ）而進(jìn)行的交易活動(dòng)。 一、經(jīng)常項(xiàng)目 自主性交易二、資本
