本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計題 目:2009055調(diào)料盒塑料成型工藝與模具設(shè)計 專 業(yè): 班 級: 學(xué)生姓名: 指導(dǎo)教師: 論文提交日期: 2016年 5月 28日論文答辯日期: 2016年 6 月 6 日45 / 58摘要本次設(shè)計主要研究的是調(diào)料盒,在調(diào)料盒的塑料成型工藝跟模具方面進行設(shè)計。首先對塑件材料ABS,塑料件的尺寸精度,使用性能,表面質(zhì)量,結(jié)構(gòu)進行分析,然后利用CAD與PROE等軟件對塑件的體積,重量,模具所需的塑料溶體注射量,鎖模力等進行精確計算,隨后可以暫定模具生產(chǎn)所需要的設(shè)備的選擇,制定塑料成型工藝卡。重點在于注射模設(shè)計,首先分析可注塑性,對塑件表面質(zhì)量不可忽視,表面不允許出現(xiàn)明顯的接痕,和氣泡傷疤,可以利用軟件對注塑件可能出現(xiàn)的接痕和氣泡進行分析。然后是可制造性,確定型腔數(shù)目,模具類型,模具主要結(jié)構(gòu),在模具主要結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中包括型腔布局,澆口的選擇,型面設(shè)計,澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,排氣系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,導(dǎo)向機構(gòu)設(shè)計,限位拉桿設(shè)計,隨后可以確定模具的主要結(jié)構(gòu)。然后選擇模架,校準開模行程,計算推出距離,確定推出方式,設(shè)計側(cè)抽芯機構(gòu),冷卻系統(tǒng),隨之可以確定模具的總體結(jié)構(gòu)。分析模具結(jié)構(gòu)功能,其中包括型腔結(jié)構(gòu),型芯結(jié)構(gòu),型芯鑲件結(jié)構(gòu),模具導(dǎo)向復(fù)位結(jié)構(gòu)。計算成型零件工作尺寸,包括型芯尺寸,型腔尺寸。最后是模具的安裝與試模,利用CAD繪制模具安裝結(jié)構(gòu)圖。模具的具體工作過程是開模時,注塑機開、合模系統(tǒng)帶動定模座板以后的部分后移,首先由橡膠、尼龍拉??鄣淖饔迷谒诎迮c定模板之間移動一段距離,把澆口里面的凝料拉斷,拉桿端部的與動模座板接觸,在帶動水口板移動,把主流道里面的凝料拉出來,然后在定模部分的輔助分型面之間自行脫落或由人工取出,完成第一次分型。動模部分一起后移的同時斜滑塊在彈簧給的彈力作用下帶動側(cè)型芯開始側(cè)抽芯,動模繼續(xù)后離,斜滑塊也繼續(xù)在彈簧的作用下完成側(cè)抽芯,主分型面分型。因塑件包緊在型芯鑲件上,隨動模部分繼續(xù)后移直至推出機構(gòu)開始工作,注塑機的推桿在推出機構(gòu)的作用下將塑件從型芯上推出,塑件在動模分型面之間自行脫落,完成第二次分型,即開模過程。合模時,模具在注射機推桿的作用下,由推桿推動推板在推動復(fù)位桿進行復(fù)位和導(dǎo)柱導(dǎo)套的定向作用,同時斜滑塊在斜楔的作用下向里運動,壓縮彈簧,完成合模過程。隨后可以進行模具的安裝試模,試模前需要一些檢驗?zāi)>唛]合高度等的準備工作,然后可以進行模具安裝調(diào)試,試模,檢驗完成整個模具設(shè)計。因為模具在現(xiàn)代生活中越來越高的使用率,設(shè)計模具的長壽命,合理性,模具成本的縮減就顯得尤為重要,本次設(shè)計中就針對這幾點進行了主要設(shè)計并取得了理想的預(yù)期效果,這次設(shè)計使我對現(xiàn)在國內(nèi)模具發(fā)展生產(chǎn)狀況有了一定的了解,在模具的合理設(shè)計方面有了一定的經(jīng)驗。關(guān)鍵詞: 注塑模; 調(diào)料盒; 長壽命AbstractThe design of the main research is the condiment box,in the box of plastic molding process and mold design.
