【正文】 浙江盛達(dá)江東鐵塔有限公司籌資管理分析摘 要籌資管理是指企業(yè)根據(jù)其生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)、對(duì)外投資和調(diào)整資本結(jié)構(gòu)的需要，通過(guò)籌資渠道和資本（金）市場(chǎng)，運(yùn)用籌資方式，經(jīng)濟(jì)有效地為企業(yè)籌集所需的資本（金）的財(cái)務(wù)行為。籌資管理的目的為了擴(kuò)大生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模，提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，投資項(xiàng)目若不能達(dá)到預(yù)期效益，從而影響企業(yè)獲利水平和償債能力的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下，由于市場(chǎng)行情瞬息萬(wàn)變，企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈，容易導(dǎo)致決策失誤，管理措施失當(dāng)，從而使得籌集資金的使用效益具有很大的不確定性。如果企業(yè)決策正確、管理有效，就可以實(shí)現(xiàn)其經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)。在籌資過(guò)程中，企業(yè)管理者拓展投資渠道，必須謹(jǐn)慎，應(yīng)著重進(jìn)行對(duì)外投資決策控制與分析，對(duì)重大投資項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行可行性研究。本文分析了盛達(dá)江東鐵塔有限公司在籌資管理上存在的問(wèn)題，如籌資方式的選擇、籌資存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等；分析了導(dǎo)致這些問(wèn)題存有的原因，是籌資方式選擇上的不當(dāng)、企業(yè)內(nèi)部籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的成因等 ；提出了解決這些問(wèn)題的方法，如加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部治理、籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的管理與控制等 。正確的籌資方式能夠從企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益出發(fā)，提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的防范能夠使企業(yè)更好地發(fā)展。因此，籌資管理存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策就成為企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)籌資管理的首要環(huán)節(jié)和內(nèi)容。關(guān)鍵詞：籌資管理；江東鐵塔公司；籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；籌資方式AbstractFunding management is based on its production and operation enterprises, foreign investment and recapitalization needs, through funding channels and capital (money) market, the use of financing, costeffective way to raise capital needed for the enterprise (DRC) in financial behavior.
