【正文】 摘 要液壓油中往往含有顆粒狀雜質(zhì)，會(huì)造成液壓元件相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)表面的磨損、滑閥卡滯、節(jié)流孔口堵塞，使系統(tǒng)工作可靠性大為降低。在系統(tǒng)中安裝一定精度的濾油器，是保證液壓系統(tǒng)正常工作的必要手段。濾油器一般可分為吸油濾油器和回油濾油器兩類。吸油濾油器一般安裝在油泵的吸油口處，用以保護(hù)油泵和其他液壓元件，以避免吸入污染雜質(zhì)，可以有效的控制液壓系統(tǒng)的清潔度。 回油濾油器用于液壓系統(tǒng)回油過濾，過濾液壓系統(tǒng)中由于元件磨損產(chǎn)生的金屬顆粒，心臟密封件產(chǎn)生的污染物，使流回油箱的油液保持清潔。 目前使用的WU式吸油濾油器屬于粗過濾器，其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、通油能力大阻力小，具有濾心污染發(fā)訊器與油路旁通閥，提高液壓系統(tǒng)的可靠性。XUA回油濾油器屬于精過濾器，其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，過濾精度高，具有濾心污染發(fā)訊器與油路旁通閥，可以很有效的提高液壓系統(tǒng)的可靠性。[1] 由此可見，濾油器在當(dāng)今機(jī)械行業(yè)中的重要性。本論文主要討論CA6140車床濾油器體零件加工工藝。它位于車床主軸箱上面，主要作用是給主軸箱內(nèi)供油及對(duì)油液起過濾作用，零件的兩端有兩孔用于油液的進(jìn)出，零件的中間有一個(gè)外圓柱面，用于與主軸箱以基軸制形式聯(lián)接。一件成品是否實(shí)用，我們主要從兩個(gè)方面著手考慮，第一是技術(shù)是否先進(jìn)，第二是經(jīng)濟(jì)是否合理。加工工藝作為進(jìn)行加工的一個(gè)依據(jù)則直接決定這些因素。濾油器零件工藝作為機(jī)械行業(yè)的一個(gè)中端工業(yè)，有著承接高端和基端工業(yè)的重要作用，其技術(shù)水平高低，對(duì)一個(gè)國家的工業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展水平具有一定的代表意義?？梢哉f一個(gè)不具有先進(jìn)濾油器生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平的國家，很難說是一個(gè)擁有了先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)的國家。本課題以CA6140濾油器作為研究對(duì)象，綜合考慮濾油器的的制造成本和運(yùn)行效率的雙重因素，對(duì)其進(jìn)行工藝設(shè)計(jì)?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】濾油器；零件；加工工藝AbstractHydraulic oil often contain particulate impurities, the relative movement of hydraulic ponents will cause the surface of the wear and tear, catching slide valve, throttling orifice plug, greatly reduced the reliability of the system work.
