【正文】 淺析英漢道歉語(yǔ)及其道歉策略的選擇 摘要道歉是言語(yǔ)交際中的一種言語(yǔ)行為。生活中我們通常會(huì)因?yàn)椴煌脑颍圆煌姆绞较騽e人道歉或是接受別人的道歉。然而，一提起“道歉”,人們可能會(huì)簡(jiǎn)單地將之理解為“對(duì)不起”“請(qǐng)?jiān)彙钡妊哉Z(yǔ)行為。道歉言語(yǔ)行為通常發(fā)生在當(dāng)說話者（Speaker）有意或無(wú)意中冒犯了聽話者（Hearer）時(shí)而采取的一種旨在恢復(fù)兩者之間以往特定關(guān)系的行為。當(dāng)一個(gè)人在社會(huì)團(tuán)體中違背了社會(huì)規(guī)范或冒犯了他人時(shí),他作出道歉行為,就可以維護(hù)此人的人際和諧關(guān)系,恢復(fù)其社會(huì)地位,樹立良好的個(gè)人形象。文章旨在研究分析英漢道歉語(yǔ)及其對(duì)道歉策略的選擇的差異，通過闡述道歉的研究現(xiàn)狀及其定義、道歉的種類、道歉策略及其制約因素，對(duì)中英道歉策略的選擇進(jìn)行比較，最后從其文化價(jià)值體現(xiàn)分析中國(guó)和英語(yǔ)國(guó)家道歉言語(yǔ)行為的差異。研究表明，由于英漢文化不同、交際方式和價(jià)值取向的不同，從而導(dǎo)致在道歉策略的選擇上也有所不同。關(guān)鍵詞：道歉；種類；社會(huì)因素；影響；道歉策略； AbstractThe apology is one kind of speech act in the spoken language munication. In our daily life we may usually apologize to others in different ways or accept others’ apologies for different reasons. However, as far as the apology is concerned, people may refer it to the expressions such as sorry or excuse me and so on.. The speech act of the apology is one kind of behavior which usually occurs when the speaker intentionally or accidentally offends the hearer, for the purpose of restoring the former specific relation. When a person has violated the social norm or affronted others in the social group, if he makes apology, he can maintain the interpersonal harmonious relations, restore his social position, and set up the good individual image. This article analyzes the apologies and the differences in the selection of the apology strategies between English and Chinese. The article elaborates the present research situation and the apology’s definitions, the types of the apologies, the apology strategies and its restricted factors, carries on the parison of the selection of apology strategies between the Chinese and English, and explores the difference in the speech act of the apology between China and the Englishspeaking country from the characteristic aspect.
