XXXX職業(yè)學(xué)院專科畢業(yè)論文題 目 房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷策略探析 學(xué)生姓名 專業(yè)班級(jí) 學(xué) 號(hào) 院 (系) 指導(dǎo)老師 完成時(shí)間 摘 要隨著電子信息技術(shù)日新月異以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的出現(xiàn)與迅速普及,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)進(jìn)行市場營銷已成為房地產(chǎn)營銷的重要方式,但是網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷渠道的開拓給房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)帶來機(jī)遇的同時(shí),也不可避免地與傳統(tǒng)營銷渠道產(chǎn)生沖突,并出現(xiàn)了一些與傳統(tǒng)營銷渠道不同的新問題。本文探討房地產(chǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷特點(diǎn)、優(yōu)劣勢(shì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷對(duì)房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響及在網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷中存在的問題,分析房地產(chǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷的方式及現(xiàn)狀,并提出了房地產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷的一些對(duì)策,對(duì)房地產(chǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷模式研究意義重大。關(guān)鍵詞 房地產(chǎn)/網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷/優(yōu)劣勢(shì)/手段 ABSTRACT As the electronic information technology is changing and the emergence of the Internet and the rapid spread of Internet technology, using the modern marketing has bee an important way of real estate marketing. But the network marketing channel to exploit to estate enterprise to bring opportunities at the same time, they inevitably and traditional marketing channel conflict, and there is some and traditional marketing channel different new problems.
