【正文】 哈爾濱理工大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文傳動(dòng)軸凸緣叉加工工藝及夾具設(shè)計(jì)摘要傳動(dòng)軸是汽車(chē)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中的重要部件,凸緣叉又是連接變速器和驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的主要零件也是承受高速傳動(dòng)的零件。其結(jié)構(gòu)和加工工藝直接影響零件的性能,進(jìn)而影響整車(chē)動(dòng)力傳遞的效果,其結(jié)構(gòu)相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單,但是加工工藝復(fù)雜。本文通過(guò)搜集資料了解傳動(dòng)軸凸緣叉結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),并對(duì)凸緣叉進(jìn)行了參數(shù)分析以及加工的技術(shù)要求分析,并通過(guò)其在傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中的作用選取適當(dāng)?shù)牟牧喜⒋_定其工藝流程。 繪制工藝卡片,并查找資料分析相對(duì)應(yīng)的加工機(jī)床以及所需要的刀具,明確每一步的加工余量,完成工序的編制過(guò)程。在確定工藝過(guò)程的前提下,根據(jù)傳動(dòng)軸凸緣叉的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行對(duì)應(yīng)夾具的設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)零件圖及加工端面設(shè)計(jì)其夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)和定位元件、一起其他輔助零件及聯(lián)合整體的零件,確定夾具機(jī)構(gòu)方案,并明確如何拆裝加工工件可以提高總體的效率問(wèn)題。選取加工粗糙度,設(shè)計(jì)鉆孔和銑端面的夾具裝置以及鉆孔夾具夾緊力的計(jì)算和夾具精度的的校核。 希望制造出精度更高的凸緣叉,使傳動(dòng)軸更好的運(yùn)行,提高功率,減少資源浪費(fèi),改善工人的勞動(dòng)條件,降低生產(chǎn)成本以及擴(kuò)大機(jī)床的工藝范圍。關(guān)鍵詞  凸緣叉;工藝流程;加工工藝;夾具設(shè)計(jì)Processing Technology and Design of the Jig of the Flange Yoke for ShaftAbstractDrive shaft is an important part in automobile transmission system, the flange yoke is connected to the transmission and drive axle of the main parts and it is under high speed driving .
