河北聯(lián)合大學(xué)輕工學(xué)院QINGGONG COLLEGE, HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 說(shuō) 明 書(shū)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 題目:年產(chǎn) 100 萬(wàn)噸 1700 冷軋帶鋼車(chē)間工藝設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué) 號(hào):專(zhuān)業(yè)班級(jí): 學(xué) 部: 材料化工部指導(dǎo)教師: 2022 年 05 月 21 日摘 要I摘 要由于冷軋薄板具有很高的尺寸精度,表面質(zhì)量和優(yōu)良的綜合性能,因此得到了越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用,成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中各生產(chǎn)建設(shè)領(lǐng)域所必須的材料,尤其是在家電板和汽車(chē)板的應(yīng)用。本文結(jié)合唐鋼冷軋薄板廠的相關(guān)資料,同時(shí)參考了多家現(xiàn)代冷軋廠的資料,設(shè)計(jì)了年產(chǎn) 100 萬(wàn)噸 1700 冷軋車(chē)間。設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括選擇軋鋼機(jī)形式、確定布置形式、根據(jù)典型品種(厚度為 )進(jìn)行壓下規(guī)程設(shè)計(jì)和有關(guān)計(jì)算( 力能參數(shù)計(jì)算、軋輥強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算和電機(jī)能力驗(yàn)算等)。選擇輔助設(shè)備( 包括鍍鋅、彩涂線等)。主設(shè)備采用了酸軋聯(lián)合機(jī)組,退火爐選擇連續(xù)退火爐,軋機(jī)為板形調(diào)控靈敏 CVC 形式。本設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)出能生產(chǎn)高檔家電板和汽車(chē)板的冷軋薄板廠,所采用的設(shè)備都是經(jīng)參考相關(guān)資料對(duì)比后選取的最佳設(shè)備,以保證產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)的順利進(jìn)行,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)質(zhì),高產(chǎn),低消耗,環(huán)保的目標(biāo)。關(guān)鍵詞:冷軋薄板;酸軋聯(lián)合機(jī)組;冷軋工藝與設(shè)備;壓下規(guī)程AbstractIIABSTRACTAs cold rolling sheet has high dimensional accuracy, surface quality and excellent overall performance,so it has been more widely used in all areas of production and constrcution,especially in the household appliances and motor vehicle article bines with the information of Tangsteel Cold Mill the same time ,it refer to other modern cold mill I design an 1700 Cold Rolling Mill Plant with an annual output of 1 million ponent of design includes the choice of rolling mill forms,the arrangement of mills,according to the typical varieties(thickness of )to design the reduction of order and calculation(the parameters of force and energy,the strength of roll and the capacity of electrical motor),the choice of auxiliary equipment(including galvanized line,color coating line).The main equipment uses the continuous picking line coupled to tandom annealing furnace chooses continuous annealing mills choose CVC rolls to control the shape of sheet.
