Our country at present the steel industry development is fast, but are still far lower than those of developed countries. According to the design plan descriptions of the requirement, the annual production workshop design about grades of hot rolled steel coils of million tons。 A kind of carbonsteel, highquality steel and low alloy steel。 The product specification for ~ 21 ㎜ x 900 ~ 1750 ㎜ . This workshop half the conventional rolling process. All the slab continuous casting slab. To reduce stock specifications, simplify the rolling process, USES the fixed width press. In order to improve the product quality, the frame by finishing all CVC rolling mill. Design content mainly includes: products, process, equipment selection and production capacity calculation, workshop layout, environment protection, etc. In order to improve the design efficiency and quality.
