【正文】 1 目的 Objective 確保公司提供生產(chǎn)件符合顧客批準(zhǔn)的工程設(shè)計(jì)記錄和規(guī)范的所有要求，并在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中按規(guī)定的生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍來(lái)生產(chǎn)，滿(mǎn)足顧客要求。 Ensure that the production parts supplied by AICQ can meet all customer engineering design record and specification requirements and that AICQ process have the potential to produce products that meet the customers’ requirements during an actual production run at the quoted production rate. 確保分供方提供生產(chǎn)件符合本公司工程設(shè)計(jì)記錄和規(guī)范的所有要求，并在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中按 規(guī)定的生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍來(lái)生產(chǎn)，滿(mǎn)足本公司要求。 Ensure that the production parts supplied by the suppliers can meet all AICQ engineering design record and specification requirements and that the suppliers process have the potential to produce products that meet AICQ’s requirements during an actual production run at the quoted production rate. 2 適用范圍 Applicable Scope 適用于本公司生產(chǎn)的所有產(chǎn)品。 Applicable to all the products produced by AICQ. 適用于本公司采購(gòu)的主要原物料。 Applicable to the main raw materials purchased by AICQ. 3 職責(zé) Responsibility 橫向協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目組負(fù)責(zé)新品生產(chǎn)件批準(zhǔn)過(guò)程的實(shí)施和所需資料的準(zhǔn)備。 The Cross Function Team is responsible for implementation of production part approval process and preparation of the required information. 各相關(guān)部門(mén)配合橫向協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目組工作。 Other related departments shall cooperate with the Cross Function Team. 技術(shù)工程部負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)件批準(zhǔn)的記錄和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣品的保存。 The Engineering amp。 Technical Department is responsible for recording the production part approval and maintaining the standard samples. 質(zhì)量部負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)件批準(zhǔn)資料向顧客提交。 The Quality Department is responsible for submitting the Production Part Approval Data to the customer. 4 工作程序 Work Procedures 定義 Definition 生產(chǎn)件批準(zhǔn)提交（ PPAP） —— 從一個(gè)有效的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中 (該過(guò)程必須是 1 小時(shí)到 8 小時(shí)的生產(chǎn)，且規(guī)定的生產(chǎn)數(shù)量至少為 300 件連續(xù)生產(chǎn)的部件，除非顧客授權(quán)的質(zhì)量代表另有規(guī)定 )提取的零件和相關(guān)文件交顧客審批，且這個(gè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程是由生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用的工裝、工藝過(guò)程來(lái)進(jìn)行的。對(duì)于散裝材料：零件沒(méi)有具體數(shù)量要求；如果要求提交樣品，那么樣品的選取應(yīng)能保證代表“穩(wěn)定”的加工過(guò)程。 Production part approval submission (PPAP): It refers to the submission of the parts and the relevant documents that are picked up during an effective production process to the customers for approval (this process must be of production from 1 to 8 hours, and the specified production quantity must reach at least 300 pieces of ponents during a continuous production, unless otherwise specified by customer authorized quality representative). And in addition, this production process is carried out by using the tools and processes available at the production site. For bulk materials, the parts have no quantity requirements.
