摘 要21世紀的今天,企業(yè)全球化的高速發(fā)展正在改變傳統(tǒng)的市場競爭法則,一個企業(yè)的成敗不僅取決于它是否能有效地發(fā)揮組織機能,更需要在這個全球化的信息社會里不斷地借鑒先進的企業(yè)管理模式、不斷地尋找自身缺陷及時改進自身的管理方法,以求得企業(yè)在弱肉強食、劣者出局的嚴酷競爭中存活下來。在我國數量最多、特點最突出、優(yōu)勢最獨特的中小型企業(yè)也紛紛主動或被動的進入了世界市場,如何在這樣一種競爭激烈的經濟環(huán)境中勝出并不斷地強化自身競爭力,成為許許多多中小型企業(yè)急需解決的難題。利用信息技術來提高企業(yè)的管理水平和效率已是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理發(fā)展的一種趨勢。基于銷售管理工作信息化前后業(yè)務處理方式的對比分析,得出銷售管理信息化價值實現(xiàn)的過程首先是信息存儲方式的變化,進而帶來了信息獲取、信息處理、信息傳遞方式的變化,使得銷售管理工作的效率提高、成本減低、決策所需的信息質量提高,達到了提高企業(yè)銷售管理績效的目標。關鍵詞:企業(yè)信息化;銷售管理;價值實現(xiàn);AbstractOf the 21st century today, enterprise development of globalization is changing traditional market petition law, an enterprise or not depends on whether it will be able to organize functions effectively, more needs to be in the global information society constantly using the advanced management pattern, a constant search for its own deficiencies in time to improve their management and to enterprises in the law of jungle, Inferior out of petition to survive.
