自動變速器的檢測與維 修 共 22 頁 第 1 頁 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 裝 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 訂 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 線 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 自動變速器的檢測與維修 石 劉 南京工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù) 機械工程學院 汽裝 0711 210046 [摘要 ] 隨著科學技術(shù)的進步,汽車已經(jīng)成為當今世界的主流,汽車的發(fā)明給人類帶來極大的方便,汽車的操縱性、舒適性也一直在逐漸提高,而手動變速器已經(jīng)逐漸被自動變速器所取代。自動變速器能進行反復(fù)的加速、減速、變速換檔等功能,具有變速平滑、駕駛輕便等優(yōu)點。但是與傳統(tǒng)的手動變速器相比,也存在結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、檢測、診斷和維修難等問題。 本文首先論述了自動變速器的發(fā)展情況,然后對自動變速器組成、結(jié)構(gòu)、特點、工作原理進行研究。其次對 自動變速器常見故障進行檢測診斷研究,主要有汽車不能行駛、自動變速器打滑、自動變速器異響。描述故障具體現(xiàn)象和可能的故障原因,進行詳細的故障機理分析,并將自動變速器動態(tài)性能試驗運用其中,有失速試驗和時滯試驗,對故障進行檢測診斷,準確確定故障部位。進而對故障進行排除,并畫出故障診斷流程圖。最后通過現(xiàn)場收集實際案例進行分析,證明故障檢測診斷分析的正確性 。 [關(guān)鍵詞 ]:自動變速器; 結(jié)構(gòu)組成 ;常見故障;檢測 與維修 [Abstract] With the scientific and technological progress, cars have bee the mainstream of the world, the invention of cars brings mankind great convenience, the handling and fort has also been gradually improving, and the manual transmission has been gradually replaced by automatic transmission. Automatic transmission can be repeated for the acceleration, deceleration, speed transmission, and other functions, the speed with smooth, light and other advantages of driving. But paned with the traditional manual transmission, there are issues such as plex structures, detection, diagnosis and difficult maintenance,so this study is on monvehicle automatic transmission failure 。 This paper discusses the development of the automatic transmission, automatic transmission and the position, structure, character, principle research. This was followed by the automatic transmission to detect mon fault diagnosis, the main vehicle can not be closed, slipping automatic transmission, automatic transmission abnormal sound.
