I 德州科技職業(yè)學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 題目 墊片沖孔落料復(fù)合膜 院系名稱 機(jī)電工程系 班 級(jí) 10 模具 學(xué)生姓名 李盼盼 學(xué) 號(hào) 100203118 指導(dǎo)教師 徐方龍 答辯教師 時(shí) 間 德州科技職業(yè)學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文 摘要 I 摘 要 當(dāng)今社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和發(fā)展,使原有的商品已經(jīng)不能滿足人們對(duì)物質(zhì)的需求,然而有些商品的制造必須依靠模具才能夠生產(chǎn)加工出來。因此,模具的發(fā)展與人們的生活關(guān)系越來越緊密。我們利用模具加工各種的工件,以便來滿足人們的需要,模具的發(fā)展給我們帶來了新的生活,新的時(shí)代。由于產(chǎn)品的材料和工藝特性不同,生產(chǎn)用的設(shè)備也各異,模具種類繁多,但用的最為廣泛的大約有以下幾種:冷沖壓模、塑料成型模、鍛造模、精密鑄造模、粉末冶金模、橡膠成型模、玻璃成型模等。其中以冷沖壓模、塑料模的技術(shù)要 求和復(fù)雜程度較高。 隨著工業(yè)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的不斷提高,沖壓產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)正呈現(xiàn)多品種、少批量,復(fù)雜、大型、精密,更新?lián)Q代速度快的變化特點(diǎn),沖壓模具正向高效、精密、長(zhǎng)壽命、大型化方向發(fā)展。為適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)變化,隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和制造技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)與制造技術(shù)正由手工設(shè)計(jì)、依靠人工經(jīng)驗(yàn)和常規(guī)機(jī)械加工技術(shù)向以計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)( CAD)、數(shù)控切削加工、數(shù)控電加工為核心的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)與制造( CAD/CAM)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)變。 在本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中利用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)( CAD)繪制模具主要工作零件圖和模具的總裝配圖,運(yùn)用了數(shù)控切削加 工、數(shù)控線切割電加工等先進(jìn)加工技術(shù)。 在這次設(shè)計(jì)中根據(jù)所給題目的要求,首先對(duì)沖壓件進(jìn)行了分析,分析該零件的尺寸精度得出用一般精度的模具即可滿足零件精度的要求,再從零件的形狀、尺寸標(biāo)注及生產(chǎn)批量等情況看,選擇加工方案。 根據(jù)對(duì)零件的綜合分析,在這次設(shè)計(jì)中我設(shè)計(jì)的模具是倒裝落料沖孔復(fù)合模,主要介紹的是沖裁工藝、沖裁模的結(jié)構(gòu)與設(shè)計(jì)、沖裁模落料沖孔的工作原理等。希望能夠靈活運(yùn)用所學(xué)的專業(yè)知識(shí)和技能,圓滿完成此次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 模具 數(shù)控加工 生產(chǎn) 沖裁件 德州科技職業(yè)學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文 Abstract II Abstract The social progress and development, so that the original product has been unable to meet the demand for material, however, some modities must depend on the mold to production and processing. Therefore, the mold development and people39。s life more and more close relation. We use the workpiece mold processing, so as to meet the needs of the people, the mold development has brought new life to us, the new era. Due to the characteristics of different materials and processes, production equipment is different, the mold type many, but the most widely used are the following: cold stamping die, plastic mold, fing mold, die casting, powder metallurgy mold, rubber mold, glass mold etc.. The technical requirements of cold stamping die, plastic mold and a higher degree of plexity. Along with the industry to improve the quality of the products, stamping products production is present many varieties, small batch, plex, largescale, precision, renewal speed of change characteristics, stamping mould is efficient, precision, long life, largescale development direction. In order to adapt to market changes, along with the rapid development of puter technology and manufacturing technology, stamping die design and manufacturing technology is by hand design, rely on artificial experience and conventional machining technology to the puter aided design (CAD), puter aided design and manufacturing of CNC machining, CNC machining is the core of the (CAD/CAM) technology transition. In the graduation design using puter aided design (CAD) assembly drawing die main parts and mould, using a numerical control machining, CNC wirecut EDM and other advanced processing technology. In this design according to the requirements of the topic, the stamping parts are analyzed, analysis of size precision of the parts obtained by the general precision of the mould can meet the precision requirements, from the shape, dimensions and mass production situation, the processing scheme selection. According to the prehensive analysis of the parts, mold design I in this design is inverted blanking and punching pound die, mainly introduces the blanking, punching die structure and the design of the blanking die, blanking and piercing principle. Hope to be able to use the specialized knowledge and skills learned, successfully pleted the graduation design.
