【正文】 空中乘務員的工作壓力管理 Flight attendant work pressure management 空中乘務員的工作壓力管理 摘要 在 社會 競爭日益激烈的今天，人們的工作壓力達到了前所未有的高度。大量數(shù)據(jù)顯示，空中乘務員這一特殊群體正遭受困擾，心理健康狀況不容樂觀。中國國際航空公司對 105 名空中乘務員的心理健康狀況及分析一文中用心理量表嚴格測 量了空中乘務員的心里健康狀況，結(jié)果表明 :有 %的人存在著明顯的心理 癥狀。 這一數(shù)字明顯高于中國常人規(guī)模 。由此可見，空中乘務員這一職業(yè)正面臨著嚴重的工作壓力威脅，空中乘務員 業(yè)倦怠程度 相對較 高，如果對之不能很好調(diào)適，對 空乘人員 自己及其家庭和單位會產(chǎn)生許多消極影響，危害極大。所以，有必要 更加關(guān)注空中乘務員 的職業(yè)倦怠 ； 行為調(diào)適；情緒調(diào)適；心態(tài)調(diào)整 ，使空中乘務人員能夠有正確的面對并有效的減壓，從而恢復身體、心理 、行為三方面的協(xié)調(diào)健康，以便提高組織的工作績效。 關(guān)鍵詞 工作壓力 空中乘務員 危害 調(diào)適 Flight attendant work pressure management Abstract In social increasingly petitive today, people working pressure reached unprecedented levels.
