【正文】 沈陽(yáng) 工學(xué)院畢業(yè) 論文 I 摘 要 隨著石油、 鍋爐 、 化工 工業(yè)的發(fā)展 , 對(duì)各類容器的要求 明顯 增多 , 其主體大多 是由鋼板卷成圓筒 , 埋弧焊接成筒節(jié) , 再由兩端 的 封頭 和許 多筒節(jié)焊接而成。 這 類筒節(jié)在焊接 過(guò)程中 剛性 非常 差 ,由于 自重 問(wèn)題 至于滾輪架上就會(huì)發(fā)生嚴(yán)重 變形 , 并且沿軸線各部位橢圓度也 會(huì)各 不相同 , 尤其稍遇外力就會(huì) 發(fā) 生嚴(yán)重顫動(dòng)。與厚壁大直徑筒節(jié) 相 比較 , 焊接 時(shí) 有其特殊困難 , 用現(xiàn)有的焊接設(shè)備并 不能獲得優(yōu)良的焊接質(zhì)量, 本文主要 設(shè)計(jì)一種專門用于小直徑密封罐體內(nèi)外縱縫焊接的 操作機(jī)和 小直徑密封罐體縱縫焊接 系統(tǒng) 。 在 小直徑密封罐體內(nèi)外縱縫焊接 操作機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)中,主要設(shè)計(jì)了 伸縮臂減速器和回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu),兩個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)思路基本相同。首先通過(guò)計(jì)算得出兩個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)所需電動(dòng)機(jī)的功率分別為 進(jìn)行電動(dòng)機(jī)的選擇;計(jì)算得出兩個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)所需 傳動(dòng)比 i分別為 1917和 1500及兩個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)傳動(dòng)裝置的運(yùn)動(dòng)和動(dòng)力參數(shù);然后 通過(guò) 確定設(shè)計(jì)功率 Pd、 選擇 V帶型號(hào) 、 帶輪直徑 D1:D 確定中心距 a和帶長(zhǎng) Ld、 初拉力 F0等來(lái) 完成 V帶輪的設(shè)計(jì) ;計(jì)算 高、低速級(jí)蝸輪蝸桿幾何尺寸;最后進(jìn)行軸及軸上鍵強(qiáng)度等的校核、軸承壽命的計(jì)算等。最終完成了兩個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。 在 小直徑密封罐體縱縫焊接 系統(tǒng)中, 兩個(gè) 內(nèi)外縱縫焊接 操作機(jī)組 成一個(gè)加工生產(chǎn)線,各專項(xiàng)技術(shù)配套,功能齊全而實(shí)用,各加工 工序 實(shí)現(xiàn)了一體化 , 是一種適用于批量生產(chǎn)、先進(jìn)的、理想的專用 焊接系統(tǒng) 。 總之,本文通過(guò)對(duì) 小直徑密封罐體內(nèi)外縱縫焊接 機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),可解決并改善小直徑密封罐體薄壁容器焊接出現(xiàn)的變形問(wèn)題,從而提高生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量,同時(shí)也能提高生產(chǎn)率。 關(guān)鍵詞: 小直徑 密封罐體, 縱縫 焊接,操作 機(jī) , 變形 沈陽(yáng) 工學(xué)院畢業(yè) 論文 II Abstract Discusses the small diameter and thin wall cylinder longitudinal seam welding special difficulty and production status, this paper introduces a kind of suitable for batch and production of special welding machine. With thick wall cylinder section pares, welding has its special difficulties, with the existing welding equipment of ten cannot obtain good welding quality.
