畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 題目 : 盈利港務(wù)有限公司員工激勵(lì)問題 及對(duì)策 研究 學(xué)生姓名: * 學(xué) 號(hào): ** 專業(yè)班級(jí) : B10 工商管理 *班 指導(dǎo)教師: *** 學(xué) 院 : 管理學(xué)院 2021 年 5 月 盈利港務(wù)有限公司員工激勵(lì)問題及對(duì)策研究 盈利港務(wù)有限公司員工激勵(lì)問題及對(duì)策研究 摘要 隨著我國(guó)進(jìn)入新經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代 ,高速的科技發(fā)展,人才的重要性越來越受到重視,而企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念經(jīng)過不斷的發(fā)展也走到了以人為本這一階段。目前的各種類型企業(yè)都已經(jīng)認(rèn)識(shí)到激勵(lì)員工在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)當(dāng)中的地位和作用是非常重要的。 本文針對(duì)靖江盈利港務(wù)有限公司自身的情況,對(duì)其人員激勵(lì)現(xiàn)有策略進(jìn)行分析和研究 , 總結(jié)出其存在薪酬分配制度不合理、員工考核體系不科學(xué)、不重視內(nèi)在激勵(lì)、缺乏團(tuán)隊(duì)激勵(lì)四大方面問題。分析過程運(yùn)用了人力資源管理理論及其他相關(guān)的理論知識(shí)。最后提出幾點(diǎn)有意義的對(duì)策:促進(jìn)薪酬分配制度合理、改進(jìn)人事考核制度、重視精神激勵(lì)、培養(yǎng)優(yōu)良的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。目的 在于提出盈利港務(wù) 員工激勵(lì)方面的具體實(shí)施對(duì)策。 從而從實(shí)際中起到激勵(lì)員工的作用,提高公司經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,促使公司穩(wěn)健發(fā)展。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 盈利港務(wù);員工激勵(lì);人力資源管理;對(duì)策 盈利港務(wù)有限公司員工激勵(lì)問題及對(duì)策研究 STUDY ON THE EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF YINGLI PORT LIABILITY COMPANY ABSTRACT As China entered a new economic era, high speed development of science and technology, the importance of talents has been paid more and more attention, and enterprise business philosophy through continuous development has e to this stage, peopleoriented. Various types of enterprises at present have been recognized and incentive staff in production and business activities in which the position is very important. Aiming at Jingjiang port limited pany own profit, its analysis and research staff incentive the existing policy, summarizes its existence from four aspects of incentive pensation allocation system is not reasonable, staff appraisal system is not scientific, do not pay attention to the intrinsic motivation, lack of team. Use analysis of human resources management theory and other relevant theoretical knowledge. Finally, put forward some meaningful countermeasures: to promote the reasonable salary distribution system, improving the personnel evaluation system, pay attention to spiritual motivation, cultivating good team spirit. Objective is to propose the concrete implementation measures of profitability port staff motivation. To motivate workers from practice, improving the economic efficiency, promote the stable development of the pany.
