【正文】 江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院普通本科畢業(yè)論文 摘 要 隨著社會(huì)對(duì)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展的日益重視，中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展非常快，已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和社會(huì)發(fā)展中不可缺少的一部分。中小企業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的重要作用已經(jīng)越來(lái)越被人們所認(rèn)識(shí)、重視，中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展也受到了國(guó)家政策的大力扶持。但和大企業(yè)相比較，中小企業(yè)的籌資能力處于明顯劣勢(shì)，在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也更大。國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)日益復(fù)雜化，企業(yè)的發(fā)展也面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，本來(lái)就處于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)劣勢(shì)的中小企業(yè)重新正確認(rèn)識(shí)、預(yù)防和應(yīng)對(duì)企業(yè)的籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，利用新形勢(shì)帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力變得尤其必要。 本文主要通過(guò)對(duì)中 小企業(yè)的固有特點(diǎn)和籌資現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，結(jié)合中小企業(yè)籌資渠道和籌資結(jié)構(gòu)歸納中小企業(yè)籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)形成的原因，并據(jù)以提出相應(yīng)的防范和控制策略。 【 關(guān)鍵詞 】 中小企業(yè) 籌資環(huán)境 籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn) 風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范 江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院普通本科畢業(yè)論文 Abstract As for the more attention to the development of small and mediumsize enterprises (SMEs)， SME s in China have a rapid development and bee a indispensable part in China39。s economic growth and social development. The important role of SMEs in the economic development already more and more be recognized, and SMEs development also obtain the national policy strongly support. However, pared with large enterprises, their financing ability in obvious disadvantages in the petition make them suffer a greater risk. The domestic and international economic situation became more plex, the development of the enterprise also face new challenges and risks. In the new situation, it bees particularly necessary that SMEs get a correct understanding of the risk of the enterprise39。s fundraising, grasps the measures to prevent risks and the risk damages and enhance the petitive ability of enterprises.
