【正文】 成都理工大學(xué)工程技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文 淺析建筑工程投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià) 作者姓名： 專業(yè)名稱： 指導(dǎo)老師： 淺析建筑工程投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià) I 摘要 由于建筑工程項(xiàng)目本身的特征，在以后的施工過程中，將會遇到許多各式各樣的問題。然后這些問題有可能會影響到建筑工程項(xiàng)目的投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)，投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)是否準(zhǔn)確直接關(guān)系到施工單位的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益，同時(shí)也是取得建筑工程項(xiàng)目中標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵因素，施工單位對建筑工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行合理的投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)，確保建設(shè)單位的投資合理，不僅可以合理利用建設(shè)資金，并且還能保證施工企業(yè)的有效收入，所以在投標(biāo)過程中務(wù)必對諸多問題加以認(rèn)真考慮及分析，并采取有效措施解 決問題。 針對建筑工程投標(biāo)所存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及問題對于工程項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)的重要性，本文首先對投標(biāo)的概念及意義進(jìn)行了闡述，通過對投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)存在的問題和如何解決問題進(jìn)行研究分析，希望通過文章能對于招投標(biāo)及報(bào)價(jià)工作有更加深入的了解。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：建筑工程 投標(biāo)管理 投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià) 淺析建筑工程投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià) II Abstract The construction industry is the important material production sectors of the national economy, its development, and the entire national economic life for the people .Living improvement has close relation. Because of Chinese is in a period of economic development, the national economy for the construction industry demand, the construction industry is growing fast. Bidding is the implementation unit of the project consulting, design, construction, supervision, equipment and material procurement projects such as the implementation of specific tasks, but also determines the contract model project, many important problems in project contract conditions, directly affect the success or failure of the project, high quality project bidding is the necessary condition to ensure the successful pletion of the project. For the tender side, reasonable bidding price in order to make the project a success and achieve the expected economic benefits。 while for bidders, need the right to examine whether there is a need for bidding, bidding tender offer clear objective, reasonable calculation of bidding and to achieve their desired effect to petitive bidding by appropriate means of. The bidding work is important for the project, firstly the concept of bid and significance of this paper, through the study bidding strategies and skills analysis, hope that through this article can have a more indepth understanding of the bidding work.
