【正文】 鄭州理工職業(yè)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） 題 目： 淺析建筑施工企業(yè)的施工安全 指導(dǎo)教師： 陳方 姓名： 蘭鵬 學(xué)號： 202105030110 專業(yè) ： 工程監(jiān)理 班級： 121 2021 年 4 月 16 日 淺析建筑施工企業(yè)的施工安全 摘要： 建筑業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。國家實(shí)行擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需政策，其中最主要的措施就是擴(kuò)大基建投資，加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，以此來帶動其他相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)，增加就業(yè)機(jī)會，這充分說明了建筑業(yè)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位和作用。建筑業(yè)屬于勞動密集性行業(yè)，參加施工的人員特別多。由于建筑業(yè)具有產(chǎn)品固定，人員流動大、露天施工、立體交叉作用多、建筑物變化大、形狀不規(guī)則等特點(diǎn)，施工中危險性大，工作條件差、不安全因素多且點(diǎn)多面廣，預(yù)防難度大。加之大量民工進(jìn)城，從事的工作主要就是建筑施工，這些人缺乏必要的安全知識和自我保護(hù) 意識，違章作業(yè)比較嚴(yán)重，建筑施工企業(yè)管理又跟不上、措施不力等原因，導(dǎo)致建筑施工安全事故頻繁，人員傷亡、財產(chǎn)損失十分嚴(yán)重。鑒于建筑業(yè)安全形勢嚴(yán)峻的事實(shí)，我國各級政府非常重視建筑業(yè)的安全管理工作，制定了一系列建筑安全管理方面的政策法律、法規(guī)，明確規(guī)定了安全生產(chǎn)工作必須實(shí)行 “ 企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)、行業(yè)管理，國家監(jiān)察和群眾監(jiān)督 ” 的安全管理體制。 2021 年 2 月 1 日開始施行的《建設(shè)工程安全生產(chǎn)管理?xiàng)l例》適應(yīng)了我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的客觀要求，也是符合我國施工企業(yè)實(shí)際的。基于此，從安全管理體制中的組織機(jī)構(gòu)、施工工藝、安全管理幾個方面來談?wù)劷ㄖ┕て髽I(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)工作。 關(guān)鍵詞： 施工安全；安全第一；安全事故；安全管理 The work safety of construction enterprises is analysed Abstract: the construction industry is one of the pillar industries of the national economy.
