河南理工大學畢業(yè)設計(論文)說明書 I 油缸 油窗端蓋注塑模具設計 摘 要 塑料注塑模是一種用來生產塑料零件的模具。它被安裝在塑料注塑機上,由塑料注塑機將塑料顆粒融化成熱熔體,經過合模、高壓注塑、高壓冷卻定型、開模、推出制件等工序,獲得所需的塑料制品。 近 10 年來,由于塑料具有的良好特性,使得塑料制品獲得愈來愈廣泛的應用,塑料模已成為廣泛使用的一類模具。據統(tǒng)計,塑料制品總重量大約 35%是用于注射成型, 80%以上的工程塑料制品都要采用注射成型方式生產。 本設計對 油缸油窗端蓋注塑模具設計 ,利用 Pro/E 軟件對塑件進行了實體造型,對塑件結構 進行了工藝分析。明確了設計思路,確定了注射成型工藝過程并對各個具體部分進行了詳細的計算和校核。如此設計出的結構可確保模具工作運用可靠,保證了與其他部件的配合。最后用 autoCAD 繪制了一套模具裝配圖和零件圖。 本課題通過對 油缸油窗端蓋注塑模具設計 ,鞏固和深化了所學知識,取得了比較滿意的效果,達到了預期的設計意圖。 關鍵詞: 塑料模具,注射成型, 模具設 計 河南理工大學畢業(yè)設計(論文)說明書 II The fuel tank of the oil window end cap injection mold design ABSTRACT Plastic injection mold is used to produce plastic parts of a mold.
