【正文】 蓋體注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)The cover of injection mold design摘 要本文是關(guān)于盒蓋注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)，塑件雖然不是很復(fù)雜，但其設(shè)計(jì)的難點(diǎn)在于側(cè)向抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)和澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。本次設(shè)計(jì)主要使用 Pro/E 軟件，結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)盒蓋注塑模具的整體結(jié)構(gòu)，通過(guò)對(duì)塑件形狀、尺寸等方面的分析來(lái)確定其工藝。主要包括分型面的選擇,澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),成型零件的計(jì)算,側(cè)向抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)置,頂出機(jī)構(gòu)和冷卻系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)等，此外還對(duì)其脫模力進(jìn)行計(jì)算，并選擇合適的注塑機(jī)。本次設(shè)計(jì)使用 Pro/E，EMX 來(lái)進(jìn)行模架、螺釘、頂桿等零件的選取，設(shè)計(jì)安裝完成后，直接導(dǎo)出 2D 裝配圖及相關(guān)零件圖，大大縮短了設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間。關(guān)鍵詞：注塑模具；側(cè)向抽芯； 澆注系統(tǒng)AbstractThis is the design on the lid of the plastic injection mold, the plastic parts is not very plicated, but the difficulty lies in its design of the side coredrawing institutions and gating system design. The design using Pro / E software, bined with production practices to design the overall structure of the lid injection molds and the plastic parts shape, size and other aspects of the analysis to determine the process. Including the choice of the parting surface, gating system design, calculation of the molded part, side corepulling mechanism set up, ejection mechanism and the cooling system design, in addition to the ejection force be calculated, and choose the appropriate injection molding machine. The design using Pro/E, the EMX to select the mold, screws, ejector parts, design and installation is plete, direct export 2D assembly drawings and part drawings greatly reducing the design time.
