河北工程大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) I 摘 要 該塑料骨架總體形狀為回轉(zhuǎn)體,整體尺寸不小,需要大批量生產(chǎn),為了提高生產(chǎn)率,降低成本,故采用模具成批注射生產(chǎn)。 。該模具 采用普通澆注系統(tǒng),由于一模一腔,利用分型面間隙排氣,該分型面位于熔體流動(dòng)的末端利用分型面間隙排氣。本模具采用楔緊塊與定模板制成一體的整體式結(jié)構(gòu),牢固可靠性大。利用 導(dǎo)滑條導(dǎo)滑。 選尼龍 (PA6) 關(guān)鍵詞:斜導(dǎo)柱 ;斜滑塊 ;澆注系統(tǒng) 河北工程大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) II Abstract The key point of the structure design of plastic injection mould with Vbelt pulley groove is the parting(,side action) and eyecting on the analysis of the technologacical characteristics of plastic pulley,a practical mould structure is presented,involving the design of ponents of mold and their working ensure the quality product,the side pulls and demoulding are acplished by use of the arrester,which prevents the side action of cavity splits at from the beginning of mould opening to a certain travel,as well as by use of angle slide ejecting mould is pact in structure,credible in pushout and easy in installing,maintaining and operating,The quality of product is good and the production effciency is high.
