【正文】 系統(tǒng)工程方法論論文方法論論文 高校工科專(zhuān)業(yè)創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)的系統(tǒng)工程方法論 摘要 : 近年來(lái) ,我國(guó)高校開(kāi)始重視創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)問(wèn)題 ,但對(duì)創(chuàng)新型人才的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵迄今尚未達(dá)成共識(shí) ,其培養(yǎng)缺乏必要的指導(dǎo)思想。本文著力于高校工科專(zhuān)業(yè)創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)的實(shí)際需求 ,從 “ 源 ” 、 “ 師 ” 、 “ 教 ” 、 “ 評(píng) ” 、 “ 結(jié) ” 等五個(gè)方面系統(tǒng)提出了高校工科專(zhuān)業(yè)創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)的系統(tǒng)工程方法論 ,是實(shí)施創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)各環(huán)節(jié)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的宏觀指導(dǎo)思想 ,對(duì)于進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)科學(xué)研究具有一定指導(dǎo)借鑒作用。 Abstract: In recent years,college paid more attention to innovative talent training in our country,but the scientific connotation of innovative talent has not yet reached a consensus,lack necessary guide ideology. This paper focuses on the actual demand of college engineering specialty innovative talent training,puts forward system engineering methodology of college engineering specialty innovative talent training from“origin”,“teacher”,“teaching”,“review” and“summarize” five aspects.
